Negative Reviews
There are massive amount of problems with this PromoRepublic software. The site is very buggy. We have had more problems than what the product is worth at this point. The PromoRepublic software will not post consistently to Instagram using the IG Direct feature. Access to accounts constantly need to be reconnected. The app that they use to connect accounts doesn’t work very well, and errors out. The Instagram posts have been duplicated. There is no feature to notify anyone if a post didn’t go through, other than manually going back into each account and looking to make sure each post went through. Our agency is located in the USA, and Customer Service is located in Ukraine, or there about. Trying to get support is extremely difficult, and the response time is slow.

As someone who works on dozens of clients as part of an agency, this product is frustrating, as it limits the number of accounts you can work on for each pricing tier. I have also experienced many functionality issues with Instagram scheduling, so much so that my team has stopped using PR for Instagram all together.

Very, very poor. We inadvertently signed up for the full year. We didn’t use and immediately we asked for a refund, as this was not our intent. Deceptive practices as they don’t state that they are billing for a year. We did not see it and wanted to reverse it immediately. They want to keep the money. Very unethical.
