The stored recurring updates are the number of such repeating posts across all of the libraries.

For instance, if you decide to post one blog post on three different social profiles along with a case study from another library then these are counted as 2 recurring time slots. Even though you are sharing 2 times X 3 profiles X 7 posts = 42 posts a week. 

The number of daily updates you can share depends on the plan you are using. For instance, if you use our Personal plan, you can share up to 20 posts on each social account every day. 10 of them can come from your stored recurring posts, and 10 can be one-off posts that you create manually.
