MOBILE APPS
RecurPost on Android and iOS: schedule, reply, and report from your phone.
RecurPost’s mobile apps carry the same scheduling, social inbox, calendar, and AI content generation as the desktop product. Freelancers and agency account managers schedule between client meetings, reply to DMs from the train, and review client reports between calls.
What you can do on the mobile app
- Schedule posts across all 10 supported platforms with per-platform tailoring.
- Review and approve queued posts in the approval workflow.
- Reply to DMs, comments, mentions, and reviews from one social inbox across every connected account.
- Generate AI content through ChatGPT-powered prompts with tone and audience controls.
- Browse and edit the content calendar with week and month views.
- Switch workspaces between client brands in one tap.
- Receive push notifications for new DMs, approval requests, and post failures.
- Capture media on the spot and upload directly to a scheduled post.
Who uses RecurPost mobile most
Freelance social media managers who run client work between meetings or while traveling. The mobile app removes the requirement to open a laptop to schedule, reply, or check the calendar.
Agency account managers handling inbox responses for multiple client brands. The unified inbox surfaces DMs from every connected account; AI-drafted reply suggestions speed up triage.
SMB founders and marketing managers who need to approve posts on the go. The shareable calendar URL works on mobile browsers; the approval queue surfaces what needs sign-off.
Push notifications and Reddit-style "can't post here" workflows
RecurPost uses push notifications for two real workflows: approval requests and platform-specific publishing that requires a phone (Facebook Groups, Facebook Personal Profiles, Instagram Personal Profiles).
For Facebook Groups, Facebook Personal Profiles, and Instagram Personal Profiles, platform APIs do not support direct posting. RecurPost stages the post in the queue and sends a push notification to the connected mobile device. The user opens the notification, taps publish, and the post goes out through the native app. The same staging works the same way for Reddit when Reddit support ships.
