RecurPost White Label Reports

White-Label Social Media Reports with Your Brand Logo

RecurPost white-label reports place your agency’s logo on the client’s social media performance reports. To get started, you simply need to upload the logo once. From this point forward, every report automatically displays your branding instead of ours, regardless of whether the client receives it as a PDF download or a shared link. Your client never needs to log in to RecurPost to read it.

No credit card required.

Branding

Your logo on the report, not ours

RecurPost white-label reports are client-facing performance reports that carry your agency’s logo in place of RecurPost branding. RecurPost removes its own branding from the exported file. The report your client opens reads as your agency’s work product. The report uses your logo and your presentation language.

A client who pays your agency every month must see your agency’s name on the proof. A PDF stamped with someone else’s logo undercuts that trust in one glance.

For instance, a three-person agency running 20 client accounts sends 20 monthly reports. With white-labeling set up, each report opens under the agency’s own logo. That removes the manual work of recreating 20 branded reports each month.

White labeling fits agencies and freelancers whose brand is the product. If your client pays you, the proof of performance should also bear your identity. However, an in-house marketer reporting to their own leadership gains no practical benefit from the feature. Replacing one internal logo with another does not materially change the report.

Setup

Set up white labeling once in Account Settings

RecurPost keeps white-labeling inside Account Settings. To configure your brand, open Account Settings, select the White Labeling option, and upload your logo. Completing this step activates your custom branding system-wide.

RecurPost then applies your logo anywhere branding is supported. Downloadable reports and shareable links pick up the branding automatically.

For example, an agency onboarding its RecurPost workspace uploads its logo in week one. From then on, every PDF and every shared report link for every client account carries your logo. No further branding adjustments are required when the report is prepared. Twenty client accounts on an Agency plan mean twenty branded reporting streams from a single upload.

What the branded report shows your client

RecurPost’s white-label report covers the numbers a client actually asks about. The overview totals posts published, likes, comments, and views across every connected account. The report breaks engagement down by platform and by content library. A top posts section shows which posts earned the most.

RecurPost reports cover 10 platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Threads and Bluesky. X report data is billed through RecurPost’s prepaid X URL wallet on usage, so reporting on X accounts carries a usage-based cost.

RecurPost lets you set the reporting period, including custom ranges longer than 30 days. Each metric shows its percentage change against the previous period. Green marks growth, red marks a drop, and grey marks no change.

The branded report carries the same data limits as RecurPost analytics: engagement is tracked for 7 days per post, YouTube data covers the past 15 days, and LinkedIn Company Pages do not expose view data.

For example, a freelancer with 8 clients across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile pulls a single 60-day report for each client at renewal time. The period-over-period changes make the growth case inside the client’s own brand frame.

However, RecurPost reports cover your client’s connected accounts only. Competitor accounts stay out of them. A contract that requires competitor benchmarking or social listening needs a different tool for that piece.

Delivery

How does the report reach your client?

RecurPost delivers a white-label report in two ways:

  1. First, download the branded report as a PDF and send it to the client directly.
  2. Second, select Share at the top of the report page to generate a branded, shareable link.

RecurPost can also email the branded report directly to your client on a schedule, so nothing needs to be downloaded and attached manually. Your client does not need a RecurPost login, a paid seat, or a dashboard walkthrough. The report arrives ready to review.

For instance, a retainer agency sets a white-labeled, shareable link for each of its 20 clients every month and emails them. Report day stops being a production task and becomes a five-minute quality check. Across 20 clients over 12 months, that one setting replaces 240 manually built reports.

This shareable branded delivery does not fit teams whose reporting lives inside Slack or Notion, or teams that manage reporting through a BI stack such as Tableau or Looker. RecurPost delivers a finished, branded report rather than feeding raw data into external platforms.

How it fits

Who should use white-label reports, and who should skip them

RecurPost white-label reports fit four situations:

When the feature fits

Retainer agencies that bill for monthly branded performance proof

Freelancers who defend renewals with period-over-period evidence

Multi-location brands that report results per location

Teams whose clients refuse dashboard access

When it doesn’t fit

Internal reporting, where the audience already lives in your own tools

Contracts built on competitive intelligence, since RecurPost measures your client’s owned accounts rather than competitors

Suppose an account manager whose client never opens dashboards now sends an email link every month. The shareable branded PDF lands in the client’s inbox on the first of the month. The client reads the proof in two minutes, and the login argument disappears.

The numbers in every white-label report come from the analytics inside RecurPost, the social media management software. Its Chat with Reports AI answers plain-language questions about the data before it reaches the client. The full measurement picture sits with RecurPost Measure analytics and client reporting.

No, your client does not require a RecurPost account. The report reaches them as a PDF or a shareable white-labeled link. Your client does not need to log in to RecurPost to view their social media account performance reports.

RecurPost takes the logo once through Account Settings. Open Account Settings, select White Labeling, and upload the file. Every downloadable report and shareable item then carries your logo automatically.

RecurPost sends reports automatically on a schedule you set. Pick a weekly, monthly, or custom cadence and the branded report emails itself to your client’s inbox. You set it once per client and check the output rather than build it.

RecurPost white-label reports cover 10 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Threads, and Bluesky. X report data is billed through RecurPost’s prepaid X URL wallet on usage.

RecurPost lets you set the reporting period per report, including custom ranges longer than 30 days. Each metric shows its percentage change against the previous period, so a 60-day or 90-day growth story reads at a glance.

RecurPost reports track engagement for 7 days after each post is published. YouTube data covers only the past 15 days under YouTube’s policy. LinkedIn company pages show reactions and comments but not views. RecurPost also reports on your client’s own accounts only, so competitor data and social listening are outside the scope of these reports.
