Workspace Management

A separate, walled-off workspace for every client

RecurPost workspaces separate each client you manage into its own space. A workspace holds only the social accounts, libraries, and team members you assign to it. An agency running 12 clients gives each client a walled-off workspace, then lets a freelancer reach only the three accounts they work on. RecurPost invites team members by email, scopes them to assigned accounts, charges nothing per seat on the base plan, and routes posts for approval before they publish.

Isolation

How workspaces isolate each client's accounts and libraries

RecurPost gives every client its own workspace, and each workspace holds only the profiles and libraries you assign to it. A workspace member sees those assigned accounts and nothing else from your book of business.

RecurPost splits workspaces into three kinds. Your Default workspace holds all your own social profiles and libraries. A workspace you created shows what you shared out to your team. A Shared workspace shows the profiles and libraries another owner shared with you.

Picture a 12-client agency with retail, dental, and SaaS accounts mixed together. RecurPost lets the owner give each client its own workspace. The paid-ads freelancer assigned to three retail clients logs in and sees three workspaces, never the other nine.

RecurPost workspaces fit agencies and freelancers who run separate clients or brands that must stay apart.

Assigned accounts only

A member never reaches an account you did not hand them.

A solo user posting for one brand does not need extra workspaces and can run the Default workspace alone.

Team access

How agencies invite and scope team members

RecurPost adds a team member by email invite, not by a shared password. The workspace owner enters the member’s RecurPost login email, clicks Invite, and the member accepts from their inbox before they get any access.

RecurPost scopes each member to the profiles and libraries you assign inside that workspace. When a contractor rolls off a client, the owner opens Manage Workspace and removes them in one step. Access to that client’s accounts ends right away, and no other workspace changes.

RecurPost treats connecting a client’s own accounts as a separate step. Clients add their social profiles by a password-free link, then you assign those profiles to the workspace.

RecurPost’s invite-based access fits teams that add and rotate staff or contractors per client. RecurPost scopes access by workspace and assigned accounts, not by fine-grained permission toggles, so a team that needs granular per-action roles will find the model simpler than a full permissions matrix.

Pricing

What it costs to add people to a workspace

RecurPost does not charge a per-seat fee for team members on the base plan. Each team member signs in with a free RecurPost account, not a paid plan of their own.

RecurPost charges for extra members only past the count your plan includes, at $20 per member per month as an add-on. The Agency plan covers 20 social accounts for $79 per month and includes team members, with add-ons when you grow past them.

An agency hiring its fourth strategist keeps the $79 Agency plan and adds one member add-on. It does not jump to a per-seat enterprise tier the way many schedulers force at that headcount.

RecurPost prices around your account count, not your headcount. Most competing schedulers price per user seat, which raises the bill every time you add a person.

RecurPost’s flat per-account pricing fits agencies that grow their team faster than their client list. An agency that mostly adds clients rather than people should weigh RecurPost’s per-profile cost instead, since extra social accounts carry their own add-on at $4 per month.

Approvals

How posts route for approval inside a workspace

RecurPost routes a post for approval before it enters a library or goes live. A workspace member submits the post, and RecurPost sends it to the approval queue.

Submit

A member sends the post to the queue.

Pick approvers

The owner plus any members the sender selects.

Email on submit

Everyone involved is notified.

Approve or reject

Each decision emails the sender back.

Client review

Comments and approvals on a shared calendar, no login.

A junior scheduler drafts a week of posts for a healthcare client and sends them to the owner and the account lead. RecurPost emails both, and each approves from the queue before anything publishes.

RecurPost’s approval gate fits teams that need sign-off per client before posts go out. A solo operator who self-publishes can skip the queue entirely.

Watermarks

Workspace-level watermarks

RecurPost applies a watermark at the workspace level. A workspace watermark lands on every profile in that workspace automatically, and you can override or remove it on a single profile when a client needs a different mark.

Try RecurPost

RecurPost’s Agency plan covers 20 social accounts for $79 per month, and your team members join on free accounts with no per-seat charge. You give each client its own workspace, invite the people who work on them, and keep every client’s accounts walled off from the rest. Workspaces sit inside RecurPost’s collaboration and engagement tools, part of RecurPost, social media management software for agencies that run many client accounts at once.

No. A RecurPost team member sees only the profiles and libraries you assign inside their workspace. RecurPost keeps every other client’s accounts out of view.

Team members join on free RecurPost accounts, so they cost nothing on the base plan. RecurPost charges $20 per member per month only when you add members past the number your plan already includes.

A workspace member submits a post, and RecurPost sends it to the workspace owner plus any approvers the sender selects. RecurPost emails everyone when a post is submitted, approved, or rejected, so approvals move without anyone watching a queue.
