Accounts for $79/mo on Agency plan
Seven steps, start to finish
Every RecurPost account follows the same seven-stage loop, but not every stage is on every plan. Composing, scheduling and publishing run on all plans. The client-facing stages — separate workspaces, password-free onboarding, the approval workflow and white-label reports — start on the Agency plan. This page sits in the RecurPost adoption and support guides, and each stage below links to the feature area that owns it.
Connect without passwords
Invite clients by email or shareable link. They authorize their own accounts, so credentials never change hands. Password-free client onboarding and separate client workspaces start on the Agency plan; the plans that include each one are listed on the RecurPost pricing page. RecurPost Collaborate & Engage owns this stage.
Email and link invitations
Send an invite; the client signs in with their own social login.
Client-side authorization
Access is granted through official platform APIs and can be revoked anytime.
Separate workspaces
Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own accounts, content and team access. Client workspaces start on the Agency plan.

Compose once, customize per platform
Write a single source post, then tune each network version without starting over. RecurPost Compose owns this stage.
Ten platform versions
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky.
AI content generation
Draft captions, rewrite for tone or length, and generate hashtag sets.
Media editing and extras
Crop and edit images, add first comments, alt text and platform-specific options like CTAs or Pinterest boards.

Schedule your content
Pick exact times or let recurring libraries keep the calendar full automatically. RecurPost Schedule owns this stage, and RecurPost bulk scheduling documents the CSV format and its current batch limit.
Dates, times and recurring slots
Schedule one-off posts or assign libraries to repeating weekly time slots.
Bulk and automated sources
CSV upload, RSS feeds and evergreen content libraries.
Drag-and-drop calendar
Rearrange the week visually and lean on best-time recommendations per account.

Approval workflow
Nothing goes live before the right person signs off. The internal and external approval workflow starts on the Agency plan; the plans that include it are listed on the RecurPost pricing page. RecurPost Collaborate & Engage owns this stage.
Draft → submit → review → approve
Rejected posts return to the author with feedback attached.
Team and client approvals
Route to an internal reviewer, the client, or both in sequence.
Shareable client calendars
Send a read-only calendar link so clients can comment without an account. Personal includes 2 shareable calendars and Agency includes 5.

Reliable publishing
Posts go out on schedule in the time zone set on each account, and a failed post is reported to you immediately. Posting a tweet that contains a link carries a $0.20 fee that X charges, paid from an X Wallet inside your RecurPost account; the RecurPost pricing page states the current terms.
850+ documented error types
Failures come with a plain-language explanation and the exact fix.
Automatic retries
Recoverable errors such as rate limits are retried automatically.
Alerts and manual retry
Email and in-app notifications for failed posts and expired tokens, with one-click reconnect and retry.

Social inbox
Comments, DMs, mentions and reviews from every connected account in one queue. RecurPost Social Inbox owns this stage.
Four networks unified
Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Company Pages, Instagram Business and Google Business Profile.
Team workflow
Assign conversations, add labels and clear the queue together.
Instagram DM automation
Auto-reply to common questions and story replies so nothing waits overnight.

Reports and analytics
Turn a month of activity into a client-ready report in a couple of clicks. White-label analytics reports start on the Agency plan; the plans that include them are listed on the RecurPost pricing page. RecurPost Measure owns this stage.
The metrics clients ask for
Reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth, top posts, audience demographics and best posting times.
Campaign, paid and custom reports
Label-based campaign reports, paid ads performance, and Custom Reports that let you choose which metrics each report contains. Custom Reports are included on Agency; other plans get a 14-day trial.
White-label delivery
Export to PDF with your agency branding, or schedule weekly and monthly delivery automatically. White-label reports start on the Agency plan.

A typical week
What the workflow actually looks like once everything is set up.
Monday
Compose and queue the week's content across every client workspace.
Tuesday
Review approvals and share client calendars for sign-off.
Daily
Check failed posts and clear the social inbox — usually under ten minutes.
Month start
Review reports and walk clients through performance.
When this workflow fits, and when it does not
Built for: agencies, freelancers and in-house teams publishing on a recurring schedule across several accounts, where posts need review before they go live and clients expect a branded report each month. The full seven-stage loop assumes the Agency plan, because workspaces, approvals and white-label reports start there.
Not built for: a single operator running one or two accounts, who will not use workspaces, approvals or client reporting and should compare the Starter and Personal plans instead; teams that need brand-wide social listening across the open web, which RecurPost does not provide; and teams that need to answer messages on all ten networks, because the social inbox covers four business account types rather than every connected platform.
