Does RecurPost have a free plan or a free trial?

RecurPost offers a 14-day free trial on every self-serve plan, with no credit card required. There is no permanent free plan.

What counts as a social account?

One connected profile counts as one social account. A client’s Facebook Page is one account, and their Instagram is a second. Your plan limit counts connected profiles across any mix of networks.

How are extra accounts, users, and capacity priced?

Extra social accounts are $4/mo each and extra team members are $20/mo each, on any plan. You can also add 10 daily posts per account for $20/mo. Stored posts are unlimited. Add-on prices are in USD and are converted to your currency at the time of payment.

How does media storage work?

RecurPost includes generous storage on every plan: 10 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Personal, and 250 GB on Agency, and stored posts are unlimited. RecurPost scales storage automatically if you go over, at $5 per 50 GB, though most users stay within their plan. You can clear old media and history anytime to lower your storage usage.

How much do I save on yearly billing?

Yearly billing gives you two months free, about 17% off. Agency runs $790/yr instead of $948 paid monthly.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes, you can switch at any time from account settings. The change is prorated against your current billing cycle.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

You are not charged automatically. Payment begins only when you add payment details and choose a paid plan; otherwise the account simply pauses.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can change plans whenever you want, and billing is prorated: an upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the cycle; a downgrade credits it back. Cancel anytime from account settings. New plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Are there setup fees or hidden charges?

No setup fee and no hidden charges. You pay the plan price plus any add-ons, and local tax where it applies.

Do you offer a non-profit discount?
