Sprinklr alternatives split by the reason a team is leaving Sprinklr Social: Self-Serve shut down, enterprise listening and care, agency seat pricing, approval structure, the unified inbox, or publishing only. RecurPost fits teams whose Sprinklr usage had shrunk to publishing, while Vista Social, Sprout Social, Emplifi, Agorapulse, Buffer, and Metricool fit other workflows. The Sprinklr Social alternatives and competitors at a glance table lists all nine.

Sprinklr discontinued its Self-Serve program on April 30, 2026. Sprinklr’s own site says the change lets the company focus on its Enterprise platform. The pricing page that once listed Sprinklr Social’s self-serve tiers now returns a 404, and the 30-day trial ended with the program. New buyers get a personalized demo and a sales quote instead of a checkout. Every self-serve customer hit a fork on that date: sign an enterprise contract or switch tools.

Sprinklr Social’s scope deserves one note before the table. Sprinklr Social sits inside a unified-CXM suite, next to customer care, AI listening, and marketing modules, across 30+ social and messaging channels. RecurPost is a publishing and agency scheduler. RecurPost is not a like-for-like Sprinklr replacement, and this page says so wherever it matters.

Every closest fit in that table loses somewhere. The rest of the page shows where.

Sprinklr Social alternatives are social media management platforms that replace some combination of Sprinklr’s publishing, listening, customer care, and governance modules. No single replacement matches Sprinklr’s full CXM suite, so the fit depends on which modules your team actually used.

Sprinklr Social Alternatives and Competitors at a Glance

Nine Sprinklr Social alternatives cover the six switching triggers on this page. The table below names the team each one fits.

Why Teams Leave Sprinklr Social

Sprinklr built a deep CXM platform and then narrowed who can buy it. Four pressures sit behind the switching triggers on this page:

  1. Sprinklr ended Self-Serve on April 30, 2026. Teams that paid roughly $299 per seat per month for the Advanced tier lost that path entirely. That figure is the archived self-serve rate, and Sprinklr no longer publishes it.
  2. Sprinklr’s pricing became quote only, and the quotes land at procurement scale. Vendr benchmark data puts the median Sprinklr contract near $129,380 per year, with entry contracts around $50,000.
  3. Sprinklr charges per user and then layers add-on modules for care, listening, and marketing on top. A team that only opens the publishing module still carries suite-level cost.
  4. Sprinklr’s interface stays busy and onboarding runs long. Enterprises absorb that with training budgets and admin roles. A three-person team absorbs it with lost weeks.

A five-person in-house social team shows the squeeze most clearly. That team paid the archived self-serve rate for its seats, published across a handful of brand accounts, and pulled a monthly report. Sprinklr now answers that team with a demo booking and a quote sized for procurement.

An enterprise reader should slow down here. An enterprise already running Sprinklr Service for care tickets and Sprinklr Insights for listening gets real value from the unified data model. The staying-on-Sprinklr section below covers that case honestly.

What a Sprinklr Replacement Has to Cover

Sprinklr priced in seats plus modules, and that unit hides the real comparison. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Agorapulse also price per seat. Emplifi charges a flat platform fee with unlimited seats. RecurPost and Vista Social price per social account, Buffer prices per channel, and Metricool prices per brand. Count your social accounts first, then the people who need logins, then the Sprinklr modules your team opened last quarter. Those three numbers decide the comparison.

Then run five checks against those numbers:

  1. Separate publishing from care and listening. A team that used Sprinklr for scheduling and monthly reports needs a scheduler, not a smaller CXM suite.
  2. Count social accounts against seat allowances. Sprout Social includes 5 profiles per seat below its Professional tier, Hootsuite Standard caps at 10 accounts, and Agorapulse includes 10 profiles per user.
  3. Find the tier where approval workflows start. Hootsuite holds approvals until Advanced at $399 per user, Agorapulse starts them on Professional at $149, and RecurPost puts its staged approval workflow on the Agency plan at $79 per month with team roles and the Kanban board from $9 per month.
  4. Price listening separately, because almost nobody includes it. Sprout Social quotes listening as an add-on from Standard upward, Vista Social charges $75 per month, and Agorapulse prices its listening by demo.
  5. Check your contract exit terms and export your reports and assets before access ends. Self-serve accounts already closed on April 30, 2026, and enterprise contracts carry notice windows.

The coverage table below settles the pricing-model and listening checks for the tools this page recommends most often.

Sprinklr Alternatives by Switching Trigger

Your Self-Serve Plan Ended and You Want Published Pricing

Closest fitVista Social, or Sprout Social for a per-seat number
Vista Social fits whenYou want the widest slice of Sprinklr’s surface at a published, self-serve price
Sprout Social fits whenYour organization budgets per seat and wants the safer procurement story
Vista Social does not fit whenProcurement needs a per-seat line item rather than a per-profile bundle
Price scenario2 seats: archived Sprinklr Self-Serve about $598/mo against Vista Social $79/mo or Sprout Standard $498/mo

Vista Social comes closest to the Sprinklr Social feel at self-serve money. Vista Social’s Professional plan costs $79 per month for 15 profiles and 2 users, with a unified inbox, DM automation flows, ads management, a report builder, and white-label reports in the base product. Vista Social charges $75 per month for listening across the wider web and $29 for X publishing, so the loaded suite-like price lands at $183. That total still sits far below any Sprinklr quote.

Sprout Social fits teams that think in seats and want a published number they can defend to finance. Sprout Social’s Standard plan costs $199 per seat per month on annual billing, or $249 monthly, with 5 profiles per seat. Agorapulse plays the same role at $99 per user monthly with 10 profiles per user.

A two-seat team that paid the archived self-serve rate has three published prices to compare here. Vista Social fits when suite-like breadth at one price matters most. Sprout Social fits when the organization budgets per seat, and Agorapulse fits when 10 profiles per user covers the roster.

You Still Need Enterprise Listening, Care, and Governance

Closest fitSprout Social, or Emplifi past four or five seats
Sprout Social fits whenSentiment, helpdesk integrations, and Salesforce case sync matter at a small seat count
Emplifi fits whenUnlimited seats and owned profiles beat per-seat billing past roughly four heavy users
Skip RecurPost hereNo listening, sentiment analysis, case management, or SSO at any price
Price scenario6 seats: Sprout Advanced $2,394/mo against Emplifi Essential $1,249/mo flat

Sprout Social’s Advanced plan costs $399 per seat per month on annual billing and carries sentiment in the Smart Inbox, helpdesk integrations, the Sprout API, and Salesforce case sync, with listening as a quoted add-on. Hootsuite’s Advanced plan also runs $399 per user on annual billing, with Talkwalker-powered listening in its higher tiers and approval workflows at that level. Emplifi’s Social Marketing Essential plan costs $1,249 per month with unlimited seats and owned profiles, which costs less than four or more heavy per-seat licenses, though Emplifi publishes no GBP or Bluesky and offers no trial. Brandwatch and Meltwater sell quote-only listening suites.

RecurPost does not compete in this group. RecurPost has no listening, no sentiment analysis, no case management, and no SSO. RecurPost also has no compliance archiving for regulated industries. A brand that files care tickets from social mentions should not shortlist RecurPost at all.

Sprout Social fits a small seat count, and Emplifi’s flat fee costs less once the seat count passes four or five. RecurPost is ruled out for every team in this group, because it sells none of these four capabilities at any price.

You Run an Agency Roster and Seat Pricing Was the Problem

Closest fitRecurPost, or Sendible under 20 accounts
RecurPost fits whenYour Sprinklr usage was publishing-led, and per-seat billing was the real complaint
Sendible fits whenPassword-free onboarding at $29 to $99 covers a roster under 20 accounts
Neither fits whenRetainers include listening reports or care queues, which the enterprise group above answers
Price scenario20 social accounts, 3 people: RecurPost Agency $79/mo flat against 4 Sprout Standard seats at $996/mo

RecurPost prices per social account and never per user seat. RecurPost’s Agency plan covers 20 social accounts for $79 per month flat with 3 team members included, extra accounts at $4 and extra members at $20. RecurPost onboards each client without a password: the client receives an email or link invite, connects their own accounts, and never shares credentials. When a post fails, RecurPost surfaces the reason against 850+ documented platform error types instead of leaving a silent gap in the calendar.

RecurPost puts the internal and external approval workflow and a separate workspace per client on that same Agency plan at $79 per month. RecurPost includes team roles, permissions, and the Kanban board on every plan, starting with the $9 Starter plan. RecurPost also takes bulk CSV uploads, imports from RSS feeds and Google Alerts, exports white-label reports, and runs an inbox with AI replies.

Sendible matches the password-free onboarding with Client Connect from its $99 Plus plan, which also carries approvals. Sendible’s Core plan at $29 covers 6 profiles with unlimited users, and its per-plan value thins toward 20 or more accounts.

A publishing-led client roster fits RecurPost’s price structure and onboarding. An agency whose retainers include listening reports or care queues fits the two groups above instead. Compare the per-seat math you face now against RecurPost pricing before you move a roster.

You Need Sprinklr’s Approval Workflow Without an Enterprise Contract

Closest fitRecurPost for staged approvals with deadlines that act, Vista Social for approvals alongside listening
RecurPost fits whenOne approval sequence serves every client, each person needs different access per client, and a missed deadline must not stall the calendar
Vista Social fits whenMulti-step approvals matter alongside listening and branded reporting
RecurPost does not fit whenApproval routing has to differ by channel, account, or message type, or SSO and regulated-industry audit trails are procurement requirements

Roles, approvals, and board views are common in this category rather than a RecurPost invention, so the real question is which part of Sprinklr’s structure a scheduler reproduces. Sprinklr sets one of three approval types on each post:

  • Sprinklr’s Not Required type is the default and adds no approver.
  • Sprinklr’s Required By Account Owner type sends the post to the account owner.
  • Sprinklr’s Follow an approval Path type sends the post through a saved approval path.

Sprinklr’s tiered approvals define the steps in that path, and users save sets of paths to apply directly in the publishing window. Sprinklr supports tiered and parallel approval inside one path, and shows a read-only preview of the full list of approvers, the sequence of approvals, and any grouped or hierarchical levels before the post is submitted. Sprinklr’s approval notes carry attached media and documents. Sprinklr’s Rule Engine attaches an approval path or a named user approver automatically on conditions such as channel, account, or message type, and its Set if absent operator applies only when the author added no approval. Sprinklr also lets an approver edit a post’s content after publishing to correct an error.

RecurPost runs approvals as a staged workflow on a Kanban board. RecurPost’s account owner sets those stages once for the whole account, because an agency’s review process stays the same from one client to the next. Each RecurPost post then moves across the board as a card with an assignee, labels, and a media preview, with an Ideas column at one end and a Scheduled column at the other. RecurPost seeds every account with a three-step default workflow:

  1. A writer drafts the post in RecurPost’s Writing stage.
  2. A manager reviews the post in RecurPost’s Manager Review stage within 48 hours, or RecurPost escalates it.
  3. The client approves the post in RecurPost’s Client Review stage within 72 hours, or RecurPost reschedules the post by one day.

A client who requests changes sends the post back to RecurPost’s Writing stage with comments. RecurPost lets the owner rename, add, and remove stages, and each stage takes one of three types: work, internal review, or client review. RecurPost’s owner sets each stage’s timeout at 4, 8, 24, 48, or 72 hours, or at 7 days. RecurPost warns the assigned role at 50 percent and 80 percent of that timeout and again once the stage runs overdue.

RecurPost then applies the rule the owner picked for that stage:

  1. RecurPost holds the post in its stage until someone acts.
  2. RecurPost approves the post automatically and moves it on.
  3. RecurPost escalates the post to the next approver.
  4. RecurPost reschedules the post so a late review never publishes on the wrong day.

RecurPost’s reschedule rule carries the most weight at client review. A client who goes quiet before a Friday launch post triggers that rule, and RecurPost moves the post a day later instead of publishing it unapproved.

RecurPost controls who acts at each stage through roles, and includes roles and permissions on every plan from the $9 Starter plan. RecurPost starts every account with role templates:

RecurPost roleWhat the role can do
ContributorWrites their own drafts and sends them for review, with no access to other people’s posts or approvals
WriterWrites and edits posts, manages the content library, and replies in the inbox
EditorApproves posts at internal review stages, edits anyone’s work, and manages the inbox
PublisherPublishes and schedules, handles client approvals, exports reports, and manages the team

RecurPost also lets the owner edit a template or build a custom role by ticking individual permissions. RecurPost’s permission list covers posts, approvals and publishing, social accounts, the content library, the inbox, reports, DM automations, paid ads, client review, and workspace and team settings. Turning off a section such as Paid ads hides that page from the member’s sidebar. A member who tries a blocked action sees the exact permission to request from the workspace owner.

RecurPost assigns roles per workspace, so one person holds different roles for different clients. A contract writer can be a Writer in one client workspace, an Editor in a second, and hold no access to a third. RecurPost also names an Account Manager for each workspace. RecurPost’s Account Manager is a guaranteed second approver and can approve on the client’s behalf, and RecurPost logs every approve-on-behalf.

RecurPost sends each role only the alerts for stages that role works in, by email and in the Android and iOS apps:

  • RecurPost alerts a member when a post is assigned to them.
  • RecurPost alerts approvers when posts are waiting for their review.
  • RecurPost alerts the writer when a post is approved or sent back with changes.
  • RecurPost alerts the assigned role as a stage nears or misses its timeout.
  • RecurPost alerts the team when a client approves, rejects, or sends an urgent approval request.

A four-client agency maps onto that default workflow directly. A contract writer drafts inside the two workspaces they cover. The account manager clears Manager Review within 48 hours from the board. Each client opens RecurPost’s shareable calendar without logging in, then approves each post or requests changes with one button. When a client goes quiet, the Account Manager named on that workspace approves on the client’s behalf, and RecurPost logs it.

RecurPost’s structure stops short of Sprinklr’s in three ways. RecurPost’s stages are account-wide, so an agency that needs a different approval sequence per client does not get one. RecurPost has no rules engine that picks an approval path by channel, account, or message type. RecurPost has no SSO and no regulated-industry audit trail, though it does log every approve-on-behalf.

Sprout Social, Vista Social, and Metricool also run role-based approvals. Sprout Social runs multi-step, multi-role approval workflows. Vista Social routes multi-step approvals in a set order, always requires approval on a contributor’s posts, and lets team members and clients approve without logging in. Metricool ships the preset roles Manager, Editor, Content Creator, Analyst, and Client plus custom roles, and Metricool’s Client role approves or rejects posts.

You Mostly Used the Unified Inbox and Care Queues

Closest fitAgorapulse, or Vista Social for DM automation
Agorapulse fits whenTicket-style assignment across comments, mentions, and DMs leads the decision
Vista Social fits whenA visual DM automation builder matters more than ticket assignment
Skip RecurPost hereIts inbox handles light engagement only, well short of case management

Agorapulse built its product around the social inbox. Agorapulse pulls comments, mentions, DMs, and story mentions into one queue from seven surfaces:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Google Business Profile

Agorapulse adds assignment, notes, and team roles on top of that queue. Agorapulse costs $99 per user per month, or $79 on annual billing, with 10 profiles per user, and its approval workflows start on Professional at $149.

Vista Social answers the same trigger with an inbox plus a visual DM automation builder covering comment-to-DM triggers and keyword replies. RecurPost’s inbox with AI replies and Instagram DM keyword automation handles light engagement for scheduling-led teams, and stops well short of case management.

Agorapulse fits inbox-led teams that assign conversations like tickets. Vista Social fits when DM automation flows matter more than that assignment. RecurPost does not fit either shape, because its inbox handles light engagement rather than case management.

You Only Ever Used Sprinklr for Publishing

Closest fitBuffer, Metricool, or RecurPost
Buffer fits whenYou publish solo to three or fewer channels
Metricool fits whenAnalytics on a budget matters as much as publishing
RecurPost fits whenYou expect the roster to grow into client work
Buffer does not fit whenClient work starts, because Buffer shows no error when a post fails

Buffer suits the smallest version of this trigger. Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels, Essentials costs $6 per channel per month, and Buffer exposes fewer settings per post than the other tools on this page. Buffer requires account credentials at connection and shows no error when a post fails, so client work outgrows Buffer fast.

Metricool fits publishing plus analytics on a budget. Metricool’s free plan manages 1 brand, Starter covers 5 brands at $25 per month or 10 at $45, X publishing costs extra as an add-on, and approvals arrive on Advanced at $67.

RecurPost’s Starter plan covers 2 social accounts at $9 per month with the full scheduler, team roles, and the Kanban board. RecurPost’s per-account model then scales without a plan change until client workspaces and the staged approval workflow are needed on Agency at $79 per month.

Buffer fits the solo downsizer at three or fewer channels, and Metricool fits when a monthly analytics report matters as much as the calendar. RecurPost fits the downsizer whose two client accounts are about to become four.

Where RecurPost Falls Short for a Team Leaving Sprinklr

RecurPost’s gaps against Sprinklr deserve the same bluntness as Sprinklr’s own problems, and against an enterprise CXM suite the list is long.

  • RecurPost has no social listening, no sentiment analysis, no customer-care module, and no case management. Those four capabilities are Sprinklr’s core, and RecurPost replaces none of them.
  • RecurPost has no SSO and no compliance-grade audit trail. Sprinklr’s audit trails and compliance workflows are built for regulated industries, and RecurPost’s logged approve-on-behalf records are not a substitute.
  • RecurPost’s workflow stages are account-wide, and only the account owner configures them. An agency that needs a different approval sequence for each client does not get one from RecurPost.
  • RecurPost has no rules engine that assigns an approval path by channel, account, or message type. Sprinklr’s Rule Engine does exactly that.
  • RecurPost’s interface is utilitarian. It handles large client rosters fine and wins no design awards doing it.
  • RecurPost offers no competitor benchmarking. RecurPost’s Custom Reports builder covers 200+ metrics across 10 platforms, 58 templates, 11 chart types, audience demographics, Meta ads reporting metrics, Google Business reviews, Chat with Reports AI, and white-label PDF export, and RecurPost delivers no report on a schedule.
  • RecurPost does not publish to Snapchat or WhatsApp and has no link-in-bio product. Sprinklr reaches WhatsApp among its 30+ channels.
  • RecurPost charges $20 per month for each team member past the three included on the Agency plan.
  • RecurPost publishes X posts beyond 280 characters only when the client has their own X Premium subscription. RecurPost handles X’s $0.20 per-link posting fee through an X wallet the account funds with pay-as-you-go credits from $10.80.

A regulated-industry brand shows the clearest non-fit. That brand’s compliance team requires single sign-on and an audit trail naming every approver on every post, and RecurPost answers neither requirement. Teams that switched anyway did it because their Sprinklr usage had already shrunk to publishing and reporting. The RecurPost case studies show which rosters made that trade and why.

The Pricing Math, Both Ways

Want the numbers for your own roster? The social media tool pricing calculator prices 36 schedulers, RecurPost among them, for your profiles, seats, clients and must-have features, with the arithmetic shown.

Sprinklr no longer publishes a price, so the math starts from third-party contract data and the archived self-serve rate. Every other figure in the table came from vendor pricing pages.

ToolBase plan (monthly billing)IncludedWhat changes the real cost
Sprinklr SocialQuote only30+ channels inside the CXM suiteVendr data: entry near $50K/yr, median $129K/yr; modules and seats quoted separately

RecurPost Agency$7920 social accounts, 3 members, client workspaces, approval workflow, white-label reportsExtra account $4/mo, extra member $20/mo; no listening or care

Sources: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Agorapulse, Vista Social, and Emplifi. Verified July 17, 2026. RecurPost plans verified September 15, 2026. Sprinklr figures are third-party Vendr contract benchmarks, not a published vendor price.

Four rosters show the math running in both directions.

A two-seat team that paid the archived self-serve rate spent about $598 per month on Sprinklr Social Advanced. Vista Social Professional covers both users and 15 profiles for $79. Agorapulse costs $198 for the pair on monthly billing, and Sprout Standard costs $498. All three cut the bill, and only Sprinklr offered the full CXM stack behind that number.

A 20-account agency with 3 people pays RecurPost $79 flat. Sprout Social needs 4 Standard seats to reach 20 profiles, which costs $996 monthly. Agorapulse needs 2 users at $198, rising to $298 once approvals force the Professional tier. Vista Social’s Advanced plan reaches 30 profiles and 4 users at $149. The RecurPost number stays lowest, and every rival in that list buys inbox or listening depth RecurPost does not have.

An enterprise care team of six seats flips the math away from per-seat tools. Sprout Advanced costs $2,394 per month for six seats on annual billing, before the listening quote. Emplifi Essential costs $1,249 flat with unlimited seats. A negotiated Sprinklr contract near the $50,000 entry mark works out to roughly $4,167 per month, and bundles care and listening modules the others charge extra for. At this scale, staying and renegotiating deserves a real look.

A solo operator downsizing from a shared enterprise login pays Buffer nothing for 3 channels, Metricool nothing for 1 brand, or RecurPost $9 for 2 social accounts. Sprinklr sells nothing at this scale anymore.

When Staying on Sprinklr Is the Right Call

Sprinklr keeps things nobody on this page replaces in one product. Care tickets, AI listening, marketing, and publishing share one data model across 30+ channels, including WhatsApp and messaging channels no scheduler touches. An enterprise already running Sprinklr Service or Sprinklr Insights loses that shared context the day the social module moves elsewhere, and gains an integration project in its place.

Sprinklr’s governance depth is the other keeper. Sprinklr runs audit trails, granular roles, and compliance workflows built for regulated industries. Sprinklr’s Rule Engine also attaches an approval path or a named approver automatically by channel, account, or message type, which is the hardest piece for any scheduler to reproduce. A team whose approval routing changes with the channel keeps that routing in Sprinklr.

Two or more Sprinklr modules in daily use is the practical test for staying and renegotiating. The switch cases on this page fit teams whose Sprinklr usage shrank to publishing, reporting, and a shared inbox, and who now face enterprise-only pricing for a fraction of the suite.

Where RecurPost Fits, and Where It Does Not

RecurPost fits the team whose Sprinklr seat was really a scheduling seat. RecurPost’s Agency plan gives that team 20 social accounts for $79 per month, with a separate workspace per client and the internal and external approval workflow. RecurPost’s clients connect their own accounts through an email or link invite and never share a password. RecurPost includes team roles and the Kanban board on every plan. A failed RecurPost post arrives with the platform error behind it, so nobody finds out from the client.

RecurPost publishes to ten networks with platform-specific controls on each:

  • Facebook Pages, plus Groups and personal profiles through mobile push notifications
  • Instagram, with Reels, Stories, collaborator invites, location tagging, and product tagging
  • X, with an X wallet the account funds to cover the $0.20 per-link posting fee
  • LinkedIn, including PDF documents and carousels
  • Pinterest, with a custom title and destination link
  • Google Business Profile, with CTA buttons and post-rejection monitoring
  • YouTube, including Shorts, with privacy status, category, and tags
  • TikTok, with comment, duet, and stitch controls
  • Threads
  • Bluesky

RecurPost does not fit brands that answer support queries on social, insight teams that sell listening, buyers who need SSO, or anyone publishing to Snapchat or WhatsApp. Those buyers have better answers in the groups above.

A 20-account agency can move its roster over one weekend. Each client accepts a password-free invite, RecurPost imports the last 6 months of posted content per profile from each connected account, and the account owner rebuilds the old Sprinklr sequence as workflow stages before inviting the team.

Moving Off Sprinklr

Enterprise Sprinklr contracts renew on a term, so check the notice window before your renewal date arrives. Export reports, asset libraries, and any listening data you own while seats remain active, because access ends with the contract. Former Self-Serve customers lost account access on April 30, 2026, and cannot export anything now.

RecurPost shortens the rebuild in four moves:

  1. RecurPost imports the last 6 months of posted content per profile straight from each connected social account, which recreates a working content library without CSV formatting.
  2. The account owner rebuilds the old Sprinklr approval sequence as RecurPost workflow stages, one stage per review step.
  3. The account owner sets each stage’s timeout and picks what RecurPost does when that timeout passes.
  4. The account owner assigns a role per client workspace, then invites the team and each client.

A four-workspace agency can rebuild a writer to manager to client chain on day one, because RecurPost sets stages once for the whole account rather than per client.

What a Scheduler Cannot Carry Over From a CXM Suite

Sprinklr’s real asset is one data model behind care, listening, marketing, and publishing. A publishing-only replacement cannot carry that model over. A mention that opens a care ticket in Sprinklr becomes an inbox message in a scheduler, with no case history behind it. Teams that accept the trade do it because they stopped opening the other modules months ago.

Sprinklr Alternatives FAQs

Which Sprinklr Alternative Fits Which Team?

No single alternative to Sprinklr replaces the full CXM suite, so read this list as fit conditions rather than a ranking. Vista Social fits a team that wants suite-like breadth at a published self-serve price, at $79 per month for 15 profiles and 2 users. Sprout Social fits an organization that budgets per seat and still needs listening, care integrations, and governance, from $199 per seat per month on annual billing. Emplifi fits a care team past roughly four or five heavy seats, at $1,249 per month flat. RecurPost fits an agency whose Sprinklr usage had shrunk to publishing and now needs team roles, staged approvals, and per-account pricing, at $79 per month for 20 social accounts. Buffer and Metricool fit a solo operator publishing on a small budget. Sprinklr itself fits the enterprise that still opens two or more of its modules daily.

Did Sprinklr Discontinue Its Self-Serve Plans?

Yes. Sprinklr ended its Self-Serve program with service stopping on April 30, 2026, and states the change focuses its work on the Enterprise platform. The 30-day trial ended with the program, and Sprinklr’s pricing pages have been taken down.

How Much Does Sprinklr Social Cost in 2026?

Sprinklr publishes no price and sells through a demo and sales quote. Third-party contract data from Vendr benchmarks puts entry agreements near $50,000 per year and the median contract near $129,380. The discontinued self-serve Advanced tier ran about $299 per seat per month on annual billing.

Can RecurPost Replace Sprinklr Social?

RecurPost replaces Sprinklr Social only for the publishing side. RecurPost covers scheduling across ten networks, password-free client onboarding, team roles on every plan, and white-label reports at per-account pricing, with the staged approval workflow and client workspaces on the Agency plan at $79 per month. RecurPost has no listening, no care module, no case management, and no SSO. A team using Sprinklr’s care or insights modules needs Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Emplifi instead.

Does RecurPost Have Team Roles and Permissions?

RecurPost has team roles and permissions on every plan, starting with the $9 Starter plan, and assigns them per workspace. RecurPost ships role templates: Contributor, Writer, Editor, and Publisher. The account owner can edit a template or build a custom role by ticking individual permissions across posts, approvals and publishing, social accounts, the content library, the inbox, reports, DM automations, paid ads, client review, and workspace settings. Roles are common in this category, and RecurPost has no SSO. Each team member past a plan’s included users costs $20 per month.

Can RecurPost’s Approval Workflow Replace Sprinklr’s Approval Paths?

RecurPost’s approval workflow replaces Sprinklr’s approval paths when one sequence serves every client. RecurPost’s account owner builds account-wide stages of three types, work, internal review, and client review, and gives each stage a timeout from 4 hours to 7 days plus a rule that holds, auto-approves, escalates, or reschedules the post when the clock runs out. Sprinklr applies tiered and parallel approval paths per post and can attach a path or a named approver automatically by channel, account, or message type through its Rule Engine. A team that depends on per-channel routing rules keeps that in Sprinklr.

Does RecurPost Have a Board View for Approvals?

RecurPost includes a Kanban board on every plan. Each post moves across that board as a card with an assignee, labels, and a media preview, between an Ideas column, the workflow stages, and a Scheduled column. Board views are not unique to RecurPost: Vista Social offers a Kanban Board view inside Vista Work projects, and Sked Social runs an Approvals Board.

Which Tools Like Sprinklr Let Clients Approve Posts Without Logging In?

RecurPost’s client review runs on a shareable calendar, so the client approves each post or requests changes with one button and never creates a login. RecurPost carries client workspaces and that staged approval workflow on the Agency plan at $79 per month. Vista Social lets team members and clients approve without logging in, and routes multi-step approvals in a set order on its $79 Professional plan. Metricool ships a Client role that approves or rejects posts, with approvals on its Advanced plan at $67 per month. Sprinklr has sold only through a demo and a sales quote since April 2026, so its approval paths sit behind an enterprise contract.

Which Sprinklr Alternatives Include Social Listening?

Hootsuite includes Talkwalker-powered listening in its higher tiers. Sprout Social sells listening as a quoted add-on from its Standard plan upward. Vista Social offers listening at $75 per month, Agorapulse prices its listening by demo, and Brandwatch and Meltwater sell quote-only listening suites. RecurPost, Buffer, and Metricool have no listening.

What Is the Cheapest Way Off Sprinklr for an Agency?

RecurPost’s Agency plan costs $79 per month for 20 social accounts with 3 team members, a separate workspace per client, and the approval workflow in every one of those workspaces. Vista Social reaches 15 profiles at $79 with 2 users, and Sendible’s Client Connect onboarding starts on its $99 Plus plan. Per-seat tools cost more at this shape: 20 profiles on Sprout Standard need 4 seats at $996 monthly.

Is There a Free Sprinklr Alternative?

Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, and Metricool’s free plan manages 1 brand. Both fit a single-brand test rather than an enterprise or a client roster, and neither carries listening or care.
