Sendible alternatives split by the tier step that pushes a team out. Sendible holds Client Connect and approval workflows at its $99 Plus plan, and the $29 Core plan includes neither. Sendible sells capacity in workspace bundles of 6 profiles: 3 workspaces at $99, 7 at $199, and 15 at $399. Sendible then places fine-grained user permissions on Elite at $399.

Each Sendible alternative in that table loses somewhere, and the sections below say where. Sendible alternatives are social media management platforms that replace some mix of Sendible’s workspace-based pricing, Client Connect onboarding, approval workflow, and user permissions. No replacement matches Sendible’s unlimited users on every plan.

Sendible’s workspace unit hides the comparison that decides the switch. Convert your roster to two flat numbers first: the social accounts you actually connect, and the people who log in. A freelancer with four clients who each demand pre-publish approval reads that conversion one way, and an eight-person team on one brand reads it the other way. Both cases run through the Sendible alternatives and competitors at a glance table and the groups under it.

Sendible Alternatives and Competitors at a Glance

Seven Sendible alternatives cover at least one of the triggers above. The table below names the team each alternative fits.

Why Agencies Leave Sendible

Sendible built a workspace model around one rare perk: unlimited users on every plan. The Sendible gaps below drive most departures, and we verified them against sendible.com on July 17, 2026.

Sendible places the two capabilities agencies buy it for at nearly $100 a month. A four-client roster does not fit Plus, because Plus caps at 3 workspaces, so the fourth client pushes the bill from $99 to $199. That freelancer with four approval-hungry clients pays Premium at $199 for a roster of maybe eight social accounts.

Sendible’s per-workspace unit punishes small clients. A client with two social accounts consumes a full 6-profile workspace. Rosters made of small local businesses pay for slots they never fill.

Sendible spreads its feature depth across the top of the ladder. Sendible holds content libraries and campaigns until Premium at $199. Sendible holds bulk posting with dynamic fields and its fine-grained Advanced user permissions until Elite at $399, described on Sendible’s own pricing page as “Fine-grained, role-based permissions controlling exactly what each user can access.” Sendible sells white-label reporting as a paid add-on from Premium up. Our hands-on audit found no AI image generation and no X threads at any Sendible tier.

Sendible puts the controls an agency needs for client work at the top of its ladder rather than the bottom, and that pattern runs through every gap above. A team whose headcount is large relative to its client count reads the same pattern differently. An in-house team of eight people running one brand has not outgrown Sendible at all, and Core at $29 seats all eight on six profiles.

What a Sendible Replacement Has to Cover

Sendible prices in workspaces with unlimited users, and every alternative prices differently. RecurPost bills per social account. Metricool bills per brand. HeyOrca bills per client workspace. Sprout Social and Agorapulse bill per user seat, which reverses Sendible’s math entirely.

Run five checks against your two numbers:

  1. Find the plan tier where client approvals and password-free onboarding start. Sendible holds both at $99, RecurPost includes both on Agency at $79, and Buffer holds approvals at $12 per channel on Team.
  2. Find the plan tier where per-person access control starts. Sendible lists its fine-grained Advanced user permissions on Elite at $399, and RecurPost includes team roles and permissions on every plan from $9.
  3. Count your users honestly. Sendible’s unlimited seats are worth real money to a big team, and a replacement that charges $20 per extra member erases its own savings past roughly five people.
  4. Confirm platform depth rather than platform logos. Sendible publishes full YouTube videos and LinkedIn documents, and several cheap alternatives stop at Shorts or skip documents.
  5. Price the loaded cost, meaning the base plan plus every add-on your roster forces. Vista Social’s $79 plan becomes $108 once X publishing joins, and Sendible’s own white-label add-on carries an unpublished price.

Five tools cover most Sendible switches, and the table below settles the first three checks for each one. We verified the Sendible cells against sendible.com on July 17, 2026 and the permissions cell on September 15, 2026.

RecurPost’s directory of social media scheduling alternatives runs these checks across the whole category. The groups below run them for the Sendible case only.

Sendible Alternatives by Switching Trigger

Approvals and Client Onboarding Sit at $99

Closest fitRecurPost, or HeyOrca for review depth on rosters with no X publishing
RecurPost fits whenThe roster runs four clients or more, each needs its own workspace, and the approval chain is the same for every client
HeyOrca fits whenNo client posts to X and review depth matters more than price
Vista Social fits whenApprovals need to route through several people in a set order
Sendible still fits whenEach client needs a different approval chain

RecurPost’s Agency plan carries this pairing at $79 per month. That plan covers 20 social accounts, 3 users, a separate workspace per client, the internal and external approval workflow, password-free client onboarding, and white-label reports. RecurPost’s clients approve without logging in: the client opens the shareable calendar and approves each post or requests changes with one button.

RecurPost onboards those clients the way Client Connect does. The client receives an email or link invite, connects their own accounts, and never shares credentials. Sendible describes Client Connect as letting clients “securely link their own social media profiles, so agencies get full access without ever handling sensitive login details,” and Sendible starts Client Connect on Plus at $99.

The four-client freelancer from the top of this page shows the gap in plain numbers. Sendible answers that roster with Premium at $199, because approvals start on Plus and Plus stops at three workspaces. RecurPost Agency carries the same four clients, each in its own workspace with the approval workflow running, for $79.

HeyOrca runs client review through a link that needs no client account, priced per client workspace at $59 Basic and $149 Pro. HeyOrca includes unlimited users per workspace. HeyOrca removed direct X publishing in April 2026, so a roster with X clients rules HeyOrca out. Vista Social includes approvals inside its $79 Professional plan with 15 profiles and 2 users, routes them through several approvers in a set order, and reserves its external client-connect link for the Scale tier.

RecurPost has a real limit in this group, and the limit comes from a deliberate design choice. RecurPost’s workflow stages are account-wide, and only the account owner configures them, on the reasoning that an agency does not change how it works from one client to the next. An agency that promises one client a two-stage review and another client a four-stage review cannot express that in RecurPost. Sendible answers that agency better, and the staying-on-Sendible section below explains why.

You Want Team Roles and Permissions Without Buying the Top Tier

Closest fitRecurPost for role placement and deadlines that act, Metricool or Publer for preset roles on cheaper tiers
RecurPost fits whenDifferent people need different access on the same client, review deadlines have to act on their own, and permission control cannot cost top-tier money
Metricool fits whenPreset roles plus a client who approves or rejects cover the whole need
Sendible still fits whenEveryone in the company needs a login, since Sendible seats unlimited users on every plan

Sendible sells role-based permissions, and this group is about which plan carries them. Sendible’s pricing page lists “Advanced user permissions” as an Elite addition and describes it as “Fine-grained, role-based permissions controlling exactly what each user can access.” Sendible’s Elite plan holds 15 workspaces at $399 per month. Sendible’s feature table lists four more collaboration controls without naming a tier on the page we fetched:

  • Permission groups let an agency customize the access each user has to their dashboard and publishing abilities.
  • Assign posts for approval sends a post to another user in the account to be approved before it goes live.
  • Custom approval workflows automate approvals and can restrict a user to requiring approval on any post they schedule.
  • Client dashboards give client users access to their own dashboard only, where they preview and approve content.

Confirm the plan that carries those four with Sendible before budgeting for them.

RecurPost includes team roles and permissions on every plan, starting with the $9 Starter plan. RecurPost ships role templates:

RecurPost roleWhat the role can do
ContributorWrites their own drafts and sends them for review, with no access to other people’s posts or approvals
WriterWrites and edits posts, manages the content library, and replies in the inbox
EditorApproves posts at internal review stages, edits anyone’s work, and manages the inbox
PublisherPublishes and schedules, handles client approvals, exports reports, and manages the team

RecurPost also lets the account owner edit a template or build a custom role by ticking individual permissions. RecurPost’s permissions reach every section of the product, from posts and approvals through the inbox, reports, and paid ads. Turning off a section such as Paid ads or Inbox removes that page from the member’s sidebar. A member who tries a blocked action sees the exact permission to ask the workspace owner for.

RecurPost assigns each role per workspace, which matters most on a roster staffed by freelancers. One person can be a Writer for one client, an Editor for a second, and hold no access to a third. RecurPost also names an Account Manager for each workspace. That Account Manager is a guaranteed second approver who can approve on the client’s behalf, and RecurPost logs every approve-on-behalf.

RecurPost runs the review itself as staged workflow on a Kanban board, and the board is on every plan. Posts move across it as cards with an assignee, labels, and a media preview, with Ideas and Scheduled columns at either end. RecurPost’s stage types are work, internal review, and client review, and the account owner renames, adds, or removes stages. RecurPost’s default workflow chains four steps:

  1. A writer drafts the post in the Writing stage.
  2. A manager reviews the post in Manager Review within 48 hours, or RecurPost escalates it.
  3. The client approves the post in Client Review within 72 hours, or RecurPost reschedules it by one day.
  4. A client who requests changes sends the post back to Writing with comments.

RecurPost’s stage deadlines act on their own. A reminder only tells a person that a post is late. The account owner sets each stage’s timeout at 4, 8, 24, 48, or 72 hours, or at 7 days, then picks one of four rules for the moment the clock runs out:

  1. RecurPost holds the post in its stage until someone acts.
  2. RecurPost approves the post automatically and moves it on.
  3. RecurPost escalates the post to the next approver.
  4. RecurPost reschedules the post so a late review never publishes on the wrong day.

RecurPost warns the assigned role at 50 percent and 80 percent of that timeout and again when the stage is overdue. RecurPost scopes every alert to the role that has to act, by email and in the Android and iOS apps:

  • RecurPost alerts a member when a post is assigned to them.
  • RecurPost alerts approvers when posts are waiting for their review, and the writer when a post is approved or comes back with changes.
  • RecurPost alerts the assigned role as a stage nears or misses its timeout.
  • RecurPost alerts the team when a client approves, rejects, or receives an urgent approval request.
  • RecurPost alerts the account on publish success, publish failure, and a profile that needs reconnecting.

Competing tools ship roles and board views too, so read this group as tier placement and deadline behavior rather than as a rarity claim. HeyOrca reminds approvers 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days before publish time and takes no action of its own when an approval stays overdue. Vista Social runs multi-step approvals in a set order, lets clients approve without logging in, and ships a Kanban Board view inside Vista Work. Metricool ships preset roles Manager, Editor, Content Creator, Analyst, and Client, plus custom roles, and its Client role approves or rejects posts. Publer ships Admin, Editor, and Client roles. Sked Social ships an Approvals Board. Sprout Social runs multi-step, multi-role approval workflows.

A six-person agency shows what the placement buys. A freelance Contributor drafts a post and sends it for review without seeing anyone else’s work. The Editor clears Manager Review inside 48 hours, or the post escalates. The client signs off inside 72 hours from the shareable calendar, or the post moves to the next day. The named Account Manager approves on behalf of a client who is traveling, and RecurPost logs that approval against the client’s workspace.

RecurPost’s seat math is the honest counterweight. RecurPost includes 1 user on Starter and Personal and 3 users on Agency, and each extra member costs $20 per month, while every Sendible tier seats the whole company. Compare RecurPost pricing against your headcount before the roles push the decision.

The Workspace Bundles Outgrew Your Roster

Closest fitRecurPost for approvals and X publishing, Metricool for per-client analytics
RecurPost fits whenA 4-to-10-client roster needs approvals and X publishing
Metricool fits whenPer-client analytics matter more than approvals
Sendible still fits whenClients arrive in tidy six-profile bundles that fill each workspace

RecurPost counts social accounts instead of workspaces. RecurPost’s Agency plan covers 20 social accounts for $79 per month with a separate workspace per client, so a client with two accounts consumes two slots rather than a 6-profile bundle. RecurPost charges $4 per month for each account past 20.

Metricool counts brands. Metricool’s Starter covers 5 brands at $25 per month or 10 brands at $45, and one brand holds one client’s whole profile set. Ten small clients with two or three accounts each cost $45 on Metricool, $79 on RecurPost Agency, and $399 on Sendible Elite. Metricool’s trade is X publishing as a paid add-on and approvals waiting until its $67 Advanced plan.

Sendible’s own math holds when clients arrive in six-profile bundles. A three-client roster with six accounts apiece fills Plus exactly at $99 with every seat included. RecurPost Agency covers 20 social accounts for $79 with 3 users included and charges $20 per month for each member after that.

You Want Simple and Cheap

Closest fitBuffer under roughly 8 channels, Publer for bulk tools at the same size
Buffer fits whenSimplicity matters and nobody approves anything
Publer fits whenBulk tools matter more than simplicity
Neither replacesSendible’s client review workflow

Buffer answers the solo operator. Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel, and Essentials costs $6 per channel per month on monthly billing ($5 annual) with unlimited scheduling. Buffer requires account credentials at connection and holds approvals at the Team plan at $12 per channel.

Buffer also surfaces no error when a post fails, which is the operational difference worth naming. A solo operator can absorb one silent failure, and an agency answering to a client cannot.

Publer plays the same budget role at $5 base plus $4 per extra account on its Professional plan, with bulk scheduling and RSS automations included and no inbox or client onboarding. Neither Buffer nor Publer replaces Sendible for a team running client review.

You Want Deeper Analytics, Reports, or Ads Management

Closest fitMetricool
Metricool fits whenAnalytics, web data, and ads management have to sit in one dashboard on a budget
RecurPost fits whenClient reporting drives the need and nobody asks for benchmarking
RecurPost does not fitCompetitor benchmarking, web analytics, or full campaign management across Meta, Google, and TikTok are the reason for the switch

Metricool combines competitor benchmarking, web analytics, and ads management in one dashboard. Metricool’s free plan covers 1 brand with up to 20 posts per month. Metricool’s Starter covers 5 brands at $25 per month (10 brands at $45) with unlimited publishing, competitor benchmarking on 100 profiles, web analytics, and ads management for Meta, Google, and TikTok in one dashboard. Metricool includes Google Business Profile on every tier.

RecurPost brings a report builder rather than a benchmarking suite. RecurPost’s Custom Reports builder assembles 200+ metrics across 10 platforms by drag and drop, from 58 templates and 11 chart types. RecurPost’s reports carry audience demographics, Meta ads reporting metrics, and Google Business reviews, and each one downloads as a white-label PDF or emails to up to 25 recipients. RecurPost’s Chat with Reports AI answers questions about the numbers in a report instead of leaving the agency to read charts.

An agency sending a monthly white-label PDF to eight clients fits that builder. RecurPost has no competitor benchmarking and no web-analytics tie-in, and RecurPost’s paid ads work boosts published Facebook and Instagram posts, with the budget, audience, and duration set inside RecurPost and billed through the connected Meta ad account, rather than building campaigns from scratch or running Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok ads. A buyer led by benchmarking, web data, or full campaign management should pick Metricool.

You Need Social Listening

Closest fitSprout Social for enterprise scale, Vista Social for the budget path, Agorapulse for a lower per-user price
Vista Social fits when$154 per month loaded is the budget for listening
Sprout Social fits whenListening reports go to enterprise stakeholders
RecurPost does not fitRecurPost runs no social listening and no sentiment analysis at any price

Sprout Social and Hootsuite sell the enterprise-scale listening in this group. Sprout Social’s Standard plan runs $199 per seat per month on annual billing, with listening sold as an add-on from Standard upward. Hootsuite carries listening in its higher tiers. Vista Social sells cross-web listening as a $75 per month add-on on its $79 plan, which makes a $154 loaded stack the budget path. Agorapulse covers listening at $99 per user per month ($79 annual) with strong inbox tooling.

Sendible monitors keywords and mentions without running true social listening. RecurPost does not compete here at all, and it has no sentiment analysis either. An agency that sells monthly listening reports to a retail client should shortlist Sprout Social, Vista Social, or Agorapulse and treat everything else on this page as a scheduler.

Where RecurPost Falls Short for a Sendible Team

RecurPost’s gaps deserve the same bluntness as Sendible’s, and each one below names the Sendible strength it runs into.

  • RecurPost has no unlimited-user plan. RecurPost includes 3 team members on Agency and charges $20 per month for each extra member, where every Sendible tier seats the whole company.
  • RecurPost’s workflow stages are account-wide, and only the account owner configures them, so one client cannot get a different chain. Sendible states that its Workspaces keep “each client’s content, approvals, and reporting genuinely separate.”
  • RecurPost sells no branded dashboard on the agency’s own domain. Sendible sells white labeling of the dashboard, domain, reports, and emails as a paid add-on.
  • RecurPost sends no automatic reconnection reminder emails. Sendible automatically emails a reconnection link that the client handles without logging into the dashboard.
  • RecurPost runs no social listening and no sentiment analysis. Sendible at least monitors keywords and mentions.
  • RecurPost offers no competitor benchmarking, so an agency that sells benchmarking has better answers above.
  • Sendible sells role-based permissions of its own, so the RecurPost difference is which plan carries them and what happens when a deadline passes.
  • RecurPost’s interface is utilitarian. It handles large client rosters fine and wins no design awards doing it.
  • RecurPost does not publish to Snapchat and has no link-in-bio product.
  • RecurPost publishes X posts beyond 280 characters only when the client holds their own X Premium subscription.

Agencies that switched anyway did it for tier placement and per-account math. RecurPost case studies show which rosters made that trade and why.

The Pricing Math, Both Ways

Want the numbers for your own roster? The social media tool pricing calculator prices 36 schedulers, including Sendible, for your profiles, seats, clients and must-have features, with the arithmetic shown.

Sendible’s unlimited seats cost less in some of these comparisons, and the table shows where.

Sources: Sendible, RecurPost, Metricool, Buffer, Vista Social, and HeyOrca pricing pages. Verified July 16-17, 2026, with the Sendible Elite permissions line verified September 15, 2026. Annual billing lowers most of these by roughly 15 to 24 percent.

RecurPost’s own seat math sets the baseline for every scenario below. A five-person team running 20 client accounts pays $119 per month on RecurPost Agency: the $79 plan plus two extra teammates at $20 each. RecurPost prices a teammate at a flat $20 rather than multiplying the plan price, and yearly billing gives two months free.

An eight-person in-house team on one brand stays cheaper on Sendible. Sendible Core seats all eight people on six profiles for $29. RecurPost Personal covers five social accounts for $25 and includes one user, so seven extra members add $140. Sendible comes in more than $130 a month cheaper in that scenario.

The four-client freelancer flips the answer. Sendible needs Premium at $199, because approvals start on Plus and Plus stops at three workspaces. RecurPost Agency carries the same four clients with the approval workflow for $79. RecurPost saves $120 a month in that scenario.

An 18-profile agency with a six-person team lands close. Sendible Plus costs $99 with every seat included. RecurPost Agency costs $79 plus three extra members, which totals $139. Sendible comes in $40 cheaper in that scenario, provided three workspaces fit the client structure and nobody needs a fourth.

A ten-small-client roster costs least on Metricool. Ten brands cost $45 on Metricool’s Starter tier against $399 on Sendible Elite, and the trade is approvals, X publishing, and onboarding polish for a $354 monthly gap.

Sendible Elite at $399 is also where fine-grained Advanced user permissions arrive, against RecurPost roles and permissions from $9. Read that as tier placement rather than total capacity. Sendible’s Elite plan also buys 15 workspaces and unlimited users, and RecurPost Agency buys 20 social accounts and 3 users.

When Staying on Sendible Is the Right Call

Sendible keeps four strengths worth naming honestly:

  1. Sendible seats unlimited users on every plan, which is rare in this category and valuable wherever many people touch social.
  2. Sendible’s Client Connect remains a standout client-onboarding flow, and from Plus upward it pairs with approval automation.
  3. Sendible’s publishing depth covers full YouTube videos, LinkedIn documents, and an Instagram grid preview, with campaigns and smart queues from Premium.
  4. Sendible emails a reconnection link automatically when a client’s profile needs reconnecting, so nobody chases the client for it.

Sendible also separates client work at the workspace level, and Sendible states that its Workspaces keep “each client’s content, approvals, and reporting genuinely separate.” That separation is the honest answer for an agency that owes one client a different approval chain than the next.

An in-house team of five or more people running one or two brands should stay on Core or Plus. An agency whose clients arrive in six-profile bundles and whose team outnumbers its clients should stay too. Sendible’s per-workspace model only hurts when clients are many and small.

Where RecurPost Fits, and Where It Does Not

RecurPost fits the roster that broke Sendible’s tiers. The four-client freelancer pays $79 on Agency for 20 social account slots and a separate workspace per client, with the approval workflow running stages that act on their own and roles assigned per client. Every client connects their accounts through an email or link invite, which matches the Client Connect pattern without the $99 tier. RecurPost surfaces the reason from 850+ documented platform error types when a post fails, instead of leaving a silent gap in a client calendar. RecurPost’s bulk CSV uploads, RSS and Google Alerts import, and white-label reports on Agency carry the production side.

RecurPost does not fit teams that need unlimited seats, listening-driven agencies, or benchmarking-led buyers. RecurPost also does not fit an agency that owes each client a different approval chain, or an agency that needs a branded dashboard on its own domain. Those buyers have better answers in the groups above, including staying put.

Readers whose shortlist has narrowed to these two tools can work through the RecurPost vs Sendible comparison, which walks both products feature by feature.

Moving Off Sendible

Sendible’s queues and campaigns do not travel, so a migration starts with an export. A move from Sendible to RecurPost takes five steps:

  1. Export or copy anything staged in Sendible’s queues and campaigns before canceling, because scheduled content never transfers between tools.
  2. Set up your RecurPost workflow stages once as the account owner, since RecurPost stages are account-wide.
  3. Assign each person a role in each client workspace they cover, and name an Account Manager for every client, before inviting anyone.
  4. Invite each client to reconnect through a RecurPost email or link invite, which keeps that reconnection password-free after Client Connect ends.
  5. Import past posts straight from each connected social account, which rebuilds a working content library without CSV formatting.

A four-client migration fits comfortably inside RecurPost’s 14-day trial. A writer, account manager, and client chain for those four clients gets rebuilt on day one, because the stages are set once and the roles are assigned per workspace.

Sendible Alternatives FAQs

What is the best Sendible alternative?

No single alternative to Sendible fits every team, so read the list below as fit conditions rather than a ranking. RecurPost fits a roster of four clients or more that needs the approval workflow, password-free client onboarding, and team roles assigned per client, at $79 per month on Agency. HeyOrca fits a roster where no client posts to X and review depth outweighs price. Metricool fits an agency that reports per client on a budget, from $25 per month for 5 brands. Buffer fits a solo operator under roughly 8 channels with nobody approving anything. Sprout Social, Vista Social, and Agorapulse fit teams that need social listening, which RecurPost does not run. Sendible fits the team that is large relative to its client count, because every Sendible plan seats unlimited users.

How much does Sendible cost in 2026?

Sendible’s monthly plans run Core $29 (1 workspace, 6 profiles), Plus $99 (3 workspaces, 18 profiles), Premium $199 (7 workspaces), Elite $399 (15 workspaces), and Enterprise from $999, all with unlimited users. Annual billing saves about 15 percent. We verified these against sendible.com on July 17, 2026.

Which Sendible plan includes Client Connect?

Client Connect starts on the Plus plan at $99 per month, alongside approval workflows. Sendible’s $29 Core plan includes neither. RecurPost includes password-free client invites and the internal and external approval workflow on Agency at $79 per month with 20 social accounts.

Does RecurPost have team roles and permissions like Sendible?

RecurPost includes team roles and permissions on every plan from $9 per month, with Contributor, Writer, Editor, and Publisher templates or a custom role built from individual permissions. RecurPost assigns roles per workspace, so one person can hold different access for different clients. Sendible sells role-based permissions too, and lists its fine-grained “Advanced user permissions” on the Elite plan. Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, while RecurPost includes 3 on Agency and charges $20 per month for each extra member.

What happens in RecurPost when a client misses an approval deadline?

Each RecurPost approval stage carries a timeout of 4, 8, 24, 48, or 72 hours, or 7 days, and the account owner picks what happens when it runs out: hold the post, approve it automatically, escalate it, or reschedule it. RecurPost’s default client review stage runs 72 hours and reschedules the post by one day. RecurPost also warns the assigned role at 50 percent and 80 percent of the timeout and again when the stage is overdue.

Which tools like Sendible let clients approve posts without logging in?

RecurPost’s client review runs on a shareable calendar, so the client approves a post or requests changes with one button and never creates a login. RecurPost carries that client review on the Agency plan at $79 per month. HeyOrca reviews through a link that needs no client account, from $59 per client workspace, and publishes no direct X posts since April 2026. Vista Social lets clients approve without logging in and routes multi-step approvals in a set order on its $79 Professional plan. Metricool connects a brand by share link on paid plans and ships a Client role that approves or rejects, with team roles from Advanced at $67. Sendible gives client users a dashboard of their own where they preview and approve content, and the pricing page we fetched does not name the plan that carries it, so confirm that tier with Sendible.

Which Sendible alternatives offer unlimited users?

HeyOrca includes unlimited users inside every paid client workspace, and Planable includes unlimited users per workspace as well. Buffer’s Team plan allows unlimited members at $12 per channel. RecurPost includes 3 team members on Agency and charges $20 per month for each additional member, so Sendible switchers with big teams should run that line item first.

Is there a free Sendible alternative?

Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool’s free plan manages 1 brand with up to 20 posts per month, without X or LinkedIn publishing. HeyOrca offers a free single-workspace tier with 15 posts per month. Sendible itself sells no free plan, only a trial.

What does a four-client roster with approvals cost across Sendible alternatives?

Sendible needs Premium at $199 per month, because approvals start at Plus and Plus caps at three workspaces. RecurPost Agency covers four client workspaces with approvals for $79. HeyOrca prices four Basic workspaces at $236 with link-based client review and no direct X. Vista Social covers the roster at $79 plus $29 if any client posts to X.

Does Sendible publish full YouTube videos?

Sendible publishes full YouTube videos with titles and settings, and RecurPost publishes both full YouTube videos and Shorts. Buffer stops at Shorts. Video-led rosters should settle that difference before choosing a budget option.
