Pallyy alternatives split by the wall that pushes a freelancer or small agency out. Pallyy shares access per social set, and Pallyy teams carry no roles or granular permissions, so a teammate who needs one client’s calendar gets everything in that client’s set. The groups below match each Pallyy wall to the tools that close it, and each group names where RecurPost fits and where it does not.

Every pick in that table loses somewhere, and the sections below show where. See the alternatives at a glance for the full list first.

Pallyy alternatives are social media management platforms that replace some mix of Pallyy’s Instagram-first publishing, social-set pricing, and set-level team access. No replacement matches Pallyy’s per-brand set economics at high account counts. The right social media management tool depends on whether the trigger is team access, seats, price, volume, reporting, listening, or genuinely staying Instagram-first and solo.

Pallyy Alternatives at a Glance

Eleven tools close at least one of the walls above, and Pallyy itself closes one of them by staying put. The table below names the team each tool fits.

Why Freelancers and Small Agencies Leave Pallyy

Pallyy covers platforms better than most tools its size. Pallyy publishes to ten networks:

  • Pallyy publishes to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Pallyy publishes to TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Pallyy publishes to X, Threads, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile.

Nobody leaves Pallyy because a network is missing. Buyers leave over how Pallyy shares access, how it counts seats, and how it prices brands.

Pallyy runs team access per social set. Everyone in a Pallyy team gets access to the sets in that team, and Pallyy carries no roles or granular permissions beyond that. Pallyy’s own help center puts it plainly: Pallyy teams have no roles or permission levels, so there is no admin role to hand out. An agency splits access in Pallyy by building one team per client and inviting each person to the teams they cover.

Pallyy Pro includes one user, and Pallyy sells no extra-user add-on on Pro. The first hire moves the account to Pallyy Agency at $99, which includes 3 team users plus up to 7 more at $10 per month each.

Pallyy prices in social sets, one set per brand, and each extra set costs $10 per month. Client number two costs $10, and a six-client roster on Pro reaches $75 per month with one login.

Pallyy caps its free plan at 15 scheduled posts per month with image posts only. One brand posting once a day passes that cap before the month ends.

Pallyy’s published bulk feature covers media uploads to the library rather than post-level CSV imports. Pallyy also lists no social listening at any tier.

Pallyy built its advanced publishing around Instagram. Pallyy’s Instagram controls cover grid preview, tagged users, collaborators, product tags, and trending audio. A LinkedIn-heavy or Google Business Profile-heavy roster finds fewer platform-specific options inside Pallyy.

A freelancer running four client brands sits at the sharp end of these rules. Pallyy Pro plus three extra sets costs $55 per month and allows one login, so a contract writer cannot get in at all. Pallyy Agency at $99 opens three seats, and each of those seats sees every set in the teams it joins.

A solo manager running one brand has not outgrown Pallyy. Pallyy Pro covers up to 11 social accounts for that one brand at $25 per month with unlimited scheduled posts. Pallyy Pro also includes approvals, a shared calendar, the inbox, and five years of analytics retention. The staying-on-Pallyy section below covers that case.

What a Pallyy Alternative Has to Cover

Pallyy prices in social sets, and that unit hides the real comparison. One Pallyy social set holds one brand’s accounts, up to 11 of them. Most alternatives price per social account, per brand, per channel, or per user seat instead. Count the accounts actually connected per client, then count the people who need to touch them.

Run five checks against that roster:

  1. Find the tier where team roles and the client review workflow start. Pallyy runs access per social set with no roles at any tier, and Pallyy includes approvals on Pro, Agency, and Scale. Metricool holds approvals until its $67 Advanced plan, and Buffer holds them until its Team plan at $12 per channel. RecurPost includes team roles and the Kanban board on every plan from $9 per month, and RecurPost includes client workspaces with the internal and external approval workflow on Agency at $79 per month.
  2. Count the seats. Pallyy Pro sells one seat with no add-on, and Pallyy Agency includes 3. A tool that includes 3 users at its agency tier changes the math the day you hire.
  3. Confirm platform coverage does not shrink. Pallyy publishes to X, Google Business Profile, and Bluesky. HeyOrca publishes to no X accounts, Metricool sells X as a paid add-on, and Vista Social charges $29 per month for X publishing.
  4. Check the volume workflow. Bulk CSV post imports, RSS import, and a real drafts space matter once a roster passes a handful of brands.
  5. Price the loaded cost, meaning the base plan plus every extra set, extra seat, or add-on your roster forces on either side of the move.

The coverage table below settles the first two checks for the tools this page names most often.

RecurPost’s directory of social media scheduling alternatives runs these same checks across the whole category. The groups below run them for the Pallyy case only.

Pallyy Alternatives by Switching Trigger

Your Team Shares a Whole Social Set, and You Need Roles and Permissions Instead

Closest fitRecurPost for per-client roles, Metricool or Publer for preset roles at a lower entry price
RecurPost fits whenDifferent people need different access per client, and the owner wants that scoped in the tool rather than by trust
RecurPost does not fit whenA solo manager works with no teammates, where roles change nothing and price decides
Staying on Pallyy fits whenEvery teammate is trusted on every account in the set they join

Pallyy hands out access at the level of a whole social set. A Pallyy teammate invited to a client’s set can work on that client’s content the same way the owner can, and Pallyy offers no permission level below that. Pallyy’s documented workaround is structural: put one client’s set in its own team, then invite only the people who should see that client.

RecurPost scopes the same access with roles. RecurPost starts every account with role templates:

RecurPost roleWhat the role can do
ContributorWrites their own drafts and sends them for review, with no access to other people’s posts or approvals
WriterWrites and edits posts, manages the content library, and replies in the inbox
EditorApproves posts at internal review stages, edits anyone’s work, and manages the inbox
PublisherPublishes and schedules, handles client approvals, exports reports, and manages the team

RecurPost also lets the account owner edit a template or build a custom role by ticking individual permissions. RecurPost’s permission groups cover posts, approvals and publishing, social profiles, the content library, the inbox, reports, DM automations, paid ads, client review, and workspace and team settings. Turning a section off hides that page from the member’s sidebar. A member who tries a blocked action sees the exact permission to ask the workspace owner for.

RecurPost assigns roles per workspace, so one person holds different roles for different clients. A freelancer can be a Writer on client one, an Editor on client two, and hold no access to client three. A contract designer can hold Contributor on a single workspace and see nothing else on the roster.

RecurPost also names an Account Manager for each workspace. RecurPost’s Account Manager is a guaranteed second approver and can approve on the client’s behalf, and RecurPost logs every approve-on-behalf.

Roles are not rare in this category, so shortlist on the specifics rather than on the feature name. Metricool ships preset roles Manager, Editor, Content Creator, Analyst, and Client, plus custom roles, and Metricool’s Client role approves or rejects posts. Publer ships Admin, Editor, and Client roles and sets approval per member. Vista Social carries roles and permissions per user. What differs between them is how far the permissions reach and whether a role is set once per account or per client.

RecurPost includes team roles, custom permissions, and the Kanban board on every plan, starting with the $9 Starter plan. RecurPost includes client workspaces and the internal and external approval workflow on the Agency plan at $79 per month. Compare RecurPost pricing against your own client count before picking a tier.

You Need Client Approvals With Review Deadlines That Act

Closest fitRecurPost for stage deadlines that act, HeyOrca for the deepest client review experience
RecurPost fits whenThe review chain has named stages, every client follows the same chain, and a missed review needs to trigger an action
RecurPost does not fit whenEach client needs its own stage structure, or the client committee reviews inside a portal on the agency’s own domain
Staying on Pallyy fits whenA per-post approval request plus a comment thread covers the whole review

Pallyy runs approvals as a request per post. A Pallyy user saves a post and requests internal approval for the team or external approval for the client, and the post lands in the matching tab. Pallyy’s approvals workspace carries a tab for each state: internal approval requested, external approval requested, changes requested, approved, and no approval. Pallyy reviewers approve, approve with a comment, or request changes, and Pallyy keeps the full timeline in post history with threaded comments and an internal-only toggle. Teams that want internal sign-off before the client sees a post chain the two requests by hand. Pallyy includes approvals on Pro, Agency, and Scale, and Pallyy clients approve from the shared calendar link with no Pallyy account.

RecurPost runs the same review as a staged workflow on a Kanban board. The account owner configures the stages once for the whole account, because an agency does not change how it works from one client to the next. Each RecurPost post then moves across the board as a card with an assignee, labels, and a media preview, with Ideas and Scheduled columns at either end.

RecurPost’s default workflow chains four steps:

  1. A writer drafts the post in the Writing stage.
  2. A manager clears the post in the Manager Review stage within 48 hours, or RecurPost escalates it.
  3. The client clears the post in the Client Review stage within 72 hours, or RecurPost moves the post one day later.
  4. A client who requests changes sends the post back to Writing with their comments.

RecurPost lets the owner rename, add, and remove stages, and RecurPost stage types cover work, internal review, and client review. RecurPost sets each stage’s timeout at 4, 8, 24, 48, or 72 hours, or at 7 days. RecurPost warns the assigned role at 50 percent and 80 percent of that timeout and again when the stage runs overdue. The owner also picks what RecurPost does once a timeout runs out:

  1. RecurPost holds the post in its stage until someone acts.
  2. RecurPost approves the post automatically and moves it on.
  3. RecurPost escalates the post to the next approver.
  4. RecurPost reschedules the post so a late client review never publishes on the wrong day.

RecurPost’s reschedule rule matters most at client review. A client who goes quiet on a Friday launch post triggers that rule, and RecurPost moves the post to the next day instead of publishing it unapproved.

RecurPost sends each role only the alerts for the stages that role works in, by email and in the mobile app:

  • RecurPost alerts a member when a post is assigned to them.
  • RecurPost alerts approvers when posts are waiting for their review.
  • RecurPost alerts the writer when a post is approved or comes back with changes.
  • RecurPost alerts the assigned role as a stage nears or misses its timeout.
  • RecurPost alerts the team when a client approves, rejects, or sends an urgent approval request.

A six-client shop maps onto RecurPost’s default chain directly. The writer drafts on Monday with the Writer role in the workspaces they cover. The account manager has 48 hours before the post escalates. The client has 72 hours before RecurPost reschedules the post by one day instead of missing the slot.

HeyOrca deserves a fair hearing on review depth. HeyOrca moves posts through Draft, Awaiting approval, Approved, and Revise, and HeyOrca can require several named people to approve one post. HeyOrca reminds approvers 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days before publish time and takes no action on its own when an approval stays overdue. HeyOrca’s Basic plan costs $59 per workspace per month with unlimited users, and HeyOrca publishes to no X accounts, so an X-carrying roster rules it out. Sendible matches RecurPost’s password-free client onboarding through Client Connect from its $99 Plus plan, and Sendible’s entry plan costs $29 per month for 6 profiles with unlimited users.

You Hired Your First Teammate

Closest fitRecurPost when the roster is priced by accounts, Vista Social when review management and analytics lead
RecurPost fits whenThe second person needs limited access and the roster grows by accounts rather than by seats
RecurPost does not fit whenThe team adds four or five people fast, where $20 per member compounds against Pallyy’s $10 extra user
Staying on Pallyy fits whenThe roster already justifies Agency and the new hires need full set access anyway

Pallyy turns the first hire into a $74 jump. Pallyy Pro at $25 includes one user with no extra-user add-on, so a second person means Pallyy Agency at $99 with 3 users and $10 per month for each of up to 7 more.

RecurPost’s Agency plan includes 3 team members at $79 per month for 20 social accounts, and each additional member costs $20 per month. RecurPost bills per social account rather than per user seat, so the account count sets the plan and the headcount only adds members. RecurPost includes roles from the $9 Starter plan, so the second person gets scoped access the day they arrive. RecurPost puts client workspaces and the approval workflow on Agency, so a duo that needs a client review chain belongs on the $79 plan rather than on Personal at $25.

Vista Social’s Professional plan includes 2 users and 15 profiles at $79 per month with approvals in the plan. Vista Social charges $29 per month extra for X publishing and $75 per month for its listening add-on, so a mixed roster loads up fast. HeyOrca includes unlimited users on every paid workspace, which suits a team that grows faster than its client count, and HeyOrca’s missing X support follows it into this group too.

RecurPost charges $20 per month for each member past the three on Agency, and Pallyy charges $10 per month for each user past the three on Agency.

Extra-Set Fees Keep Stacking as Clients Arrive

Closest fitMetricool on price, RecurPost when roles and a review chain arrive with the growth
RecurPost fits whenClients carry two or three social accounts each
RecurPost does not fit whenClients carry six or more accounts each, where Pallyy’s set pricing is genuinely cheaper
Metricool fits whenMulti-brand rosters can live without approvals and paid X publishing

Pallyy charges $10 per month for each social set beyond the plan allowance. A six-client roster on Pallyy Pro costs $75 per month with one login. Two alternatives break that curve in different directions.

Metricool’s Starter plan covers 5 brands for $25 per month, or 10 brands for $45, with unlimited publishing, and Google Business Profile works on every Metricool tier. One Metricool brand holds one client’s whole account set, so 10 brands means 10 clients. Metricool sells X publishing as a paid add-on and holds approvals until its $67 Advanced plan.

RecurPost prices extra social accounts at $4 per month beyond each plan’s allowance, and RecurPost’s Agency plan holds 20 accounts at $79. Ten clients with two accounts each land exactly on that $79 with a workspace per client and 3 seats included. RecurPost Agency includes 5 shareable client calendars, so a roster that needs all ten clients signing off adds one $10 block of 10 calendars and pays $89. Ten clients with six accounts each push RecurPost to $239, and at that shape Pallyy Agency at $99 is genuinely cheaper, because one Pallyy set absorbs up to 11 accounts per brand at no extra charge.

Buffer belongs in this group only as a caution. Buffer Essentials costs $6 per channel per month, so 20 channels cost $120 before approvals, and Buffer holds approvals until its Team plan at $12 per channel.

You Publish at Volume and Want Bulk Tools

Closest fitRecurPost at agency volume, Publer on price under roughly 10 accounts
RecurPost fits whenBulk CSV and RSS import carry the calendar across a client roster
RecurPost does not fit whenCategory-based recycling is the actual reason for switching, where SocialBee is built for it
Publer fits whenBudget volume posting under roughly 10 accounts is the whole job

RecurPost takes CSV bulk uploads of hundreds of posts. RecurPost also imports content from RSS feeds and Google Alerts, keeps a separate content library per client, and imports past posts from each connected account. RecurPost’s Agency plan allows 80 posts per social account per day. RecurPost handles 850+ documented platform error types, so a failed client post surfaces with a reason instead of sitting silently in a calendar. Recurring content libraries ride along as a working extra.

Pallyy’s bulk feature covers media files rather than whole posts, so a quarter of evergreen content still gets built post by post. A 12-account roster loading a quarter of posts from one CSV feels that difference in an afternoon.

Publer plays the budget role here at $5 per social account per month on its Professional plan, with bulk scheduling, unlimited RSS automations, and X publishing included. Publer runs no social inbox and no approval workflow add-ons, so Publer fits solo volume posters more than client-services teams. SocialBee built its product around category-based content recycling from $29 per month, and a buyer who wants a recycling library at the center should pick SocialBee over both Pallyy and RecurPost.

You Need Client-Ready Reports Below Pallyy’s Agency Tier

Closest fitRecurPost for branded monthly reports, Metricool for the widest reporting surface on a small budget
RecurPost fits whenClients expect a branded monthly report built from platform data
RecurPost does not fit whenThe report carries competitor benchmarking, or the team needs scheduled delivery, public report links, or PowerPoint export
Staying on Pallyy fits whenNative analytics with five years of retention already satisfies the client

Pallyy starts custom reports on Pallyy Agency, so a Pro subscriber at $25 shares native analytics rather than a built report. Pallyy keeps five years of analytics retention on every paid plan, which is longer than most tools at this price.

RecurPost builds client reports with a drag-and-drop builder. RecurPost’s Custom Reports assemble 200+ metrics across 10 platforms from 58 templates and 11 chart types. RecurPost’s reports carry audience demographics, including Instagram and Facebook age, gender, and location, plus LinkedIn industry, seniority, and function. RecurPost also pulls Meta ads reporting metrics and Google Business reviews into the same report. RecurPost exports a white-label PDF that downloads or emails to up to 25 recipients, and RecurPost’s Chat with Reports AI answers questions about the data inside the report. RecurPost includes white-label reports on the Agency plan at $79 per month.

A four-client freelancer sending one branded PDF per client per month clears that job on Agency. An agency that sells competitor benchmarking does not, because RecurPost tracks no competitors at any tier.

You Need Social Listening or Competitor Benchmarking

Closest fitSprout Social or Hootsuite for enterprise, Agorapulse for smaller teams
Agorapulse fits whenListening plus inbox at a lower per-user price covers the reporting promise
Sprout Social or Hootsuite fit whenListening reports go to enterprise stakeholders
RecurPost does not fitRecurPost has no social listening and no sentiment analysis at any price

Pallyy tracks up to 10 competitor profiles on Pro and above and stops there. Four tools on this page sell listening, and each prices it above Pallyy’s tier: Sprout Social sells listening as a paid add-on from its $199 per seat Standard plan, Hootsuite carries listening in its higher tiers at $99 to $399 per user per month on annual billing, Agorapulse covers listening at a lower per-user price with strong inbox tooling, and Vista Social sells listening as a $75 per month add-on on top of its $79 Professional plan.

RecurPost does not compete in this group. RecurPost has no social listening and no sentiment analysis. A buyer who leaves for listening also leaves RecurPost’s per-account pricing, its per-client roles, and its review stages that act on a missed deadline, and starts paying per seat instead. Price the seat multiplication first, because a listening migration from a $25 Pallyy plan multiplies per-seat costs before it delivers a single report. The directory of RecurPost alternatives covers the tools RecurPost does not compete with.

You Are Instagram-First and Staying Solo

Closest fitPlanoly on price, or stay on Pallyy
Planoly fits whenA single-account creator wants a lighter bill than Pallyy Pro
RecurPost does not fitA solo Instagram-first manager with one brand gains nothing from roles or a review chain
Staying on Pallyy fits whenYou are already Instagram-first with one brand

Planoly serves solo Instagram-first creators at $16 per month with grid planning at the core of the product. A creator who lives inside Instagram and wants a lighter bill than Pallyy Pro gets what they pay for there. RecurPost has nothing to add to that job, because its per-client roles, review stages, and 10-platform reporting all answer team problems, and its $9 Starter plan covers 2 social accounts rather than a grid planner.

Pallyy is itself an Instagram-first tool. Pallyy’s grid preview, tagged users, collaborators, product tags, and trending audio sit inside its plans, and Pallyy Pro at $25 covers one brand across up to 11 accounts. Pallyy Pro covers a single brand more cheaply than most tools on this page. A solo Instagram manager with one brand rarely gains anything by leaving, and this is the one group where staying is the default answer.

Where RecurPost Falls Short for a Pallyy Team

RecurPost’s gaps deserve the same bluntness as Pallyy’s.

  • RecurPost has no social listening and no sentiment analysis, at any plan.
  • RecurPost offers no competitor benchmarking. Pallyy tracks 10 competitors on Pro, and RecurPost tracks none.
  • RecurPost’s interface is utilitarian. It handles large client rosters fine and wins no design awards doing it, and Pallyy’s calendar is the prettier of the two.
  • RecurPost has no branded client portal on a custom domain. Pallyy’s shared calendar runs at a Pallyy subdomain or at a domain the agency owns, with per-calendar toggles for approvals, drafts, and notes.
  • RecurPost configures workflow stages account-wide, so one agency runs one stage structure across every client.
  • RecurPost does not publish to Snapchat and has no link-in-bio product, so Pallyy’s bio link page has no RecurPost equivalent.
  • RecurPost publishes X posts beyond 280 characters only when the client holds their own X Premium subscription.
  • RecurPost charges $20 per month per team member past the three included on Agency, against Pallyy’s $10 extra user on Agency.
  • RecurPost prices profile-heavy rosters worse than Pallyy, because a Pallyy set absorbs up to 11 accounts per brand.

Agencies that moved to RecurPost anyway did it for scoped access, review deadlines, and volume tools. The RecurPost case studies show which rosters made that trade and why.

A solo manager with one brand on many platforms stays cheaper on Pallyy. Pallyy Pro holds up to 11 accounts for one brand at $25. RecurPost Personal covers 5 accounts at $25 and reaches 11 only with six $4 add-ons, which totals $49. Pallyy Pro costs $24 a month less for that roster.

The four-client freelancer runs closer. Pallyy Pro plus three extra sets costs $55 with one login. The same roster at three accounts per client comes to 12 accounts, which costs $53 on RecurPost Personal with seven add-on accounts and one user. The freelancer who only needs the calendar pays $2 less on RecurPost. The freelancer who needs a workspace per client and the client review chain moves to RecurPost Agency at $79, which is $24 more than Pallyy and brings 20 accounts, 3 seats, and scoped roles with it.

A ten-client agency with 3 users compares Pallyy Agency at $99 against RecurPost Agency at $79. At two accounts per client the roster fits RecurPost’s 20 included accounts and saves $20 a month, or $10 a month once a client calendar for all ten clients adds one $10 block past the 5 Agency includes. At six accounts per client the roster costs $239 on RecurPost against Pallyy’s flat $99. Profile-heavy rosters should stay on Pallyy Agency or price Metricool before RecurPost.

The same ten clients on Metricool’s 10-brand Starter tier cost $45 if the roster can skip paid X publishing and live without a client sign-off step. Only Pallyy’s own Pro-plus-sets math comes close at that client count.

When Staying on Pallyy Is the Right Call

Pallyy keeps several strengths worth naming honestly.

  1. Pallyy Pro covers a single brand at $25 with up to 11 accounts, unlimited posts, approvals, and a shared calendar, which is a strong deal at that price.
  2. Pallyy’s inbox covers Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook messages, LinkedIn comments, TikTok comments, and Google reviews.
  3. Pallyy keeps five years of analytics retention.
  4. Pallyy ships a link-in-bio page that RecurPost cannot replace.
  5. Pallyy’s Instagram planning runs from grid preview to trending audio and stays among the most polished at this price.
  6. Pallyy runs the client calendar on the agency’s own domain, which no RecurPost feature matches.
  7. Pallyy Agency at $99 prices a profile-heavy roster more cheaply than any per-account competitor here.

A solo manager running one brand should stay. An agency whose clients each carry six or more accounts should stay. A team whose members can all see every client set loses nothing by staying either.

If Your Roster Outgrew Pallyy Agency

Pallyy Scale costs $199 per month with 30 social sets, up to 11 accounts per set, and 10 team users. Pallyy prices add-ons on Scale by quote rather than at a fixed rate, and Pallyy handles anything past 30 sets or 10 users as a custom plan. Scale carries the same features as Pallyy Agency, including approvals and custom reports, so the upgrade buys room rather than capability.

Moving Off Pallyy

Pallyy holds your scheduled captions and media inside the account, so export before the subscription lapses. A move from Pallyy to RecurPost runs in five steps:

  1. Copy scheduled captions out of Pallyy’s calendar and download the media library while the subscription is still active.
  2. On Agency, invite each client to connect their own accounts to RecurPost by email or link, so no credentials change hands.
  3. Import the last 6 months of posted content from each connected social account, which gives RecurPost a working content history without CSV formatting.
  4. Create one RecurPost workspace per client, then assign each teammate a role in the workspaces they cover.
  5. Have the account owner configure the workflow stages before inviting the wider team, because RecurPost stages apply account-wide while roles apply per workspace.

A four-client migration fits inside RecurPost’s 14-day trial. Name the Account Manager in each workspace on day one, and put the contract writer on Contributor before the first draft lands.

Pallyy Alternatives FAQs

Does Pallyy Have Team Roles or Permissions?

Pallyy has no team roles or permission levels. Pallyy team access runs per social set: everyone in a team gets access to the sets in that team, and Pallyy’s help center states there is no admin role to hand out. Agencies on Pallyy usually run one team per client so access maps to sets. RecurPost handles the same problem with role templates, from Contributor up to Publisher, assigned per workspace so one person can hold different roles for different clients.

Which Pallyy Alternatives Scope Access Per Client?

RecurPost scopes access per client by assigning roles per workspace, and RecurPost includes roles on every plan from $9 per month. Metricool offers five preset roles plus custom roles, and its Client role approves or rejects posts. Publer offers Admin, Editor, and Client roles with approval set per member. Vista Social carries roles and permissions per user.

Can a Team Use Pallyy Without Buying the Agency Plan?

Pallyy does not allow a second user below Agency. Pallyy Pro includes exactly one user, and Pallyy sells no extra-user add-on on Pro. A second person requires Pallyy Agency at $99, which includes 3 users, and each user beyond that costs $10 per month up to 7 extra.

Is There a Cheaper Pallyy Alternative With Client Approvals?

Pallyy already includes approvals on Pro at $25, Agency, and Scale, so price the review structure rather than the feature name. RecurPost includes team roles and the Kanban board from $9 per month, and RecurPost includes the internal and external approval workflow with client workspaces on Agency at $79. Vista Social includes approvals with 2 users at $79. Metricool adds approvals at its $67 Advanced plan.

Which Pallyy Alternative Fits an Agency That Needs Client Approvals?

The fit depends on the roster and on the review chain. RecurPost fits an agency that wants named review stages and a deadline that acts. RecurPost’s Agency plan covers 20 social accounts for $79 per month with client workspaces and the internal and external approval workflow. RecurPost puts the Kanban board and team roles on every plan from $9 per month. HeyOrca fits a roster with no X accounts that needs several named people to approve one post. Vista Social fits a buyer who wants multi-step approvals and a Kanban Board view at $79 per month for 15 profiles. RecurPost does not fit an agency whose clients each need a different stage structure, because RecurPost configures workflow stages account-wide. An agency whose clients each carry six or more social accounts stays cheaper on Pallyy Agency at $99.

What Happens When a Client Does Not Review a Post in Time?

RecurPost applies the rule the account owner chose for that stage: hold the post, approve it automatically, escalate it, or reschedule it. RecurPost’s default Client Review stage runs a 72-hour timeout that reschedules the post by one day. RecurPost warns the assigned role at 50 percent and 80 percent of the timeout and again when the stage runs overdue.

Do Clients Need a RecurPost Account, or Can They Sign Off Without a Login?

Clients do not need a RecurPost account. Your client opens the shareable calendar without logging in, then approves each post or requests changes with one button. Pallyy works the same way here: Pallyy clients approve from a shared calendar link with no Pallyy account, and the agency picks per calendar whether approval is allowed.

How Does a Pallyy Social Set Convert to Per-Account Pricing?

One Pallyy social set holds one brand’s accounts, up to 11 of them. Count the accounts actually connected per client, then multiply by the alternative’s per-account or per-channel rate. A client using 3 accounts converts cheaply, and a client using 9 accounts usually stays cheaper inside a Pallyy set.

Which Pallyy Alternative Is Cheapest for Ten Clients?

Metricool covers 10 brands for $45 per month on its Starter tier, with X publishing as a paid extra and approvals held until the $67 Advanced plan. RecurPost Agency covers 20 social accounts with 3 seats, a workspace per client, and the approval workflow for $79, and a tenth shareable client calendar adds one $10 block past the 5 Agency includes, which brings that roster to $89. Pallyy Agency costs $99 for 10 sets. The closest fit depends on how many accounts each client carries and whether a client review chain is required.

Does Pallyy Support X (Twitter) and Google Business Profile?

Pallyy publishes to X, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, and Threads alongside Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Platform coverage is rarely the reason to leave Pallyy. The set-level access model, the single seat below Agency, and the per-set fees are.

What Does Pallyy’s Agency Plan Include for $99 Per Month?

Pallyy Agency includes 10 social sets, 3 team users, approvals, a shared calendar, post history, post comments, custom reports, and shared sets. Extra sets cost $10 per month each, and extra users cost $10 per month each up to 7. Pallyy Agency users still share whole social sets, because Pallyy has no roles at any tier.

Is There a Free Pallyy Alternative?

Buffer’s free plan covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts per channel. Metricool’s free plan manages 1 brand with 20 posts per month, without X or LinkedIn publishing. HeyOrca offers a free single-workspace tier with 15 posts per month. Pallyy’s own free plan covers one social set with 15 scheduled posts per month and image posts only, so every free tier here fits a test rather than a client roster.

What Does Pallyy’s Free Plan Include, and Is 15 Posts a Month Enough?

Pallyy’s free plan covers one social set with 15 scheduled posts per month and image posts only. One brand posting once a day passes that cap before the month ends. Pallyy Pro at $25 per month lifts the cap to unlimited scheduled posts across up to 11 accounts for one brand. Pallyy Pro also includes approvals and a shared calendar. RecurPost’s cheapest plan costs $9 per month for 2 social accounts, with team roles and the Kanban board included. RecurPost runs a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
