How RecurPost runs agency workflows

Client Connect (password-free onboarding): every new client authorizes their own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile account through an email or link invite. The agency never holds credentials. This removes the credential-rotation problem every time a client’s marketing lead leaves.

Workspaces per client brand: each client sits in their own workspace with isolated calendar, social inbox, members, libraries, and reports. The agency switches workspaces from one sidebar. A content writer assigned to Client A cannot see Client B’s calendar.
